“I had a very good experience. The cashier/employee was very attentive. When I walked in he was assisting another customer, but made sure to greet me and let me know he'd be right with me. Then he came right over, grabbed my online purchase - offered your care+ which I declined, then asked if I'd still like toi save money by using the coupon on my card. He was very efficient, friendly and helpful. Stellar experience for me!”
“On 12/15/22 I had a dilemma. I was to play Santa Claus at my son's school within an hour and could not locate my beard. I went to cosmetic counter but knew nothing about cosmetics. Yelena was there to help find a solution to get my black beard white. She not only grabbed a bottle of Joy brite spray color but helped apply it for me and saved the day. Not sure if this employee celebrates Christmas but that didn't matter to Yelena. A year ago people were wearing masks and treating people like they had bubonic plague now this employees was giving a personal touch to her job description. WAY TO GO YELENA!!”

“I have been dealing with Norcross Pharmacy for years now, and they take very good care of my entire family. I have 17 prescriptions for a complicated health situation, and Norcross Pharmacy takes care of all but 4 of them because they are specialized prescriptions. Norcross Pharmacy has always given me stellar service and gone above and beyond. The other reviews that are critical of service during COVID: come on now, COVID darn near ruined everything for everybody, and nobody was at all happy about it, and it seeps into all aspects of daily life -- including attitudes -- and professionals are no exception. They are not gods, they are humans. Cut them a break because it was never THAT bad, come on.”
