DONT NOT BUY UV LAMPS FROM THIS STORE ! WHEN I PURCHASED THE LAMP SHE CHECKED TO SEE IF IT WORKED, WHY DO THAT WHEN ITS BRAND NEW ? I went home and did a client the light started flickering & it does not charge all the way ! I also let it charge for a few hours & I started on another client & it’s still flickering and mess with my gel polish ! It does not cure ! I asked for an exchange or refund ! Tt nail supply did not do either of those ! I will not be shopping at this nail supply again ! They sell things that are not BRAND NEW !

I bought nails supplies for a while today, but I don't know anyone who speaks to me like this. I don't know if he's a teacher or a staff member. I don't know if he's a friend or not. I don't think it's beautiful. Buy this style and get one of the morning clothes.

I’m sorry, but their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! When you walk in no one greets you or ask if you need any help with finding anything. All they do is sit at the front/cash registers and do what they were previously doing until you walk up to them to check out. Even when you check out, they don’t ask if you found everything okay or anything. After you are there for about 5-10 minutes looking lost because you don’t know where everything is, they don’t even ask if you need help with finding anything. I know “a closed mouth doesn’t get fed”, but they aren’t very welcoming for you to ask them anything. They always have an attitude. I believe they are racist, because I get side-eyed when I walk in. Even they cannot speak English fluently, I do not care about that-at least engage with everyone. The man that stays at the front is the worst one. He has the most ATTITUDE out of them all! Even the workers that be on the floor sometimes, they never ask if the customers are finding everything ok/need help with finding something. If I could give zero stars I would!

If I could give this store a negative star rating, I would. My wife and I do our own nails now ever since the pandemic started to stay safe and we have continued because we have enjoyed it so much, we shop at several of the nail supply stores in Doraville & Norcross all the time, we have 2 that are our favorite, but when we were in the area recently, we decided to visit TT Nail Supplies for the first time. Now we do not have a nail license, as we only do our own nails and not anyone else's, so we did some research online and read reviews of stores to see if we needed to have a license to shop at the store or not. We visited this store and we spent around $300, however, we will never visit again and they will never get money from us again and I get asked advice from a lot of people, so I will make sure to let others know as well. They have a pretty good selection and some of their prices are pretty good, however, the staff is corrigible, racist & rude. If you are not of Asian decent, do not bother shopping at this store. First, we read reviews on Google for this store that said you did not need a license to shop here, but the guy asked for our license as soon as we went to checkout, meanwhile if we asked any questions to the staff, no one wanted to help and when they did give an answer, they just lied, I asked a man behind the counter if the drill bits in front of him were the only ones they had and he told me yes, my wife told me there was even more than was in front of him 1 counter over. Then I asked the staff ( a man) if they had any nail decals that were Adidas...he told me NO, Because they are not popular....Atlanta nail supply has Adidas nail decals listed as one of their best selling items, plus all of the salons I visit have them, he was rude anytime I asked him anything. Then when we were ready to checkout, we stood by the register and no one would help us even though there was 3 people behind the counter, we kept asking if we could checkout and is this where we check out and they continued to ignore us....then they came from behind the counter and checked out 3 different Asian customers....I am white and my wife is black and they still ignored us, then when they finally decided to help us because we kept asking, the man was so rude, he was short with us and just nasty. My wife, nor I will ever shop here again and I am writing this review to hopefully save you from a horrible experience as well.
