Good expérience, but after I was checked in and roomed, the doctor came in 1 hour later. I thought people had forgotten about me. That is my only negative experience, but the service at the front desk was ok and the Doctor was nice!

Peachtree Immediate Care is great for colds and flu. I brought my daughter in yesterday and they were very kind and tender. They are understaffed right now so please be patient while waiting. Yesterday there was 1 front desk, 1 nurse and 1 NP.

The medical service was perfect.The administrative part at the front desk was less than acceptable. I made an appointment. I was asked if I minded waiting until noon because other people were walking in ahead of me. What’s the purpose of an appointment? I was seen on time as I told her I did mind. I did not care for her lack of knowledge that walk ins come after people who actually made an appointment. Then there was some discussion about an outstanding balance. I pulled up my checking account to show her I actually made that payment. Maybe your system has a few days lag time. My point is that your front desk person should be more professional and not debate with the patients. Thank you.

PIC on Holcomb Bridge definitely takes good care from the Beautiful warm welcoming receptionist. Once checked in Charese has wonderful bed side manners. She never make you feel like she doesn't want to touch you or serve you as patient. Some people whom have the same job they administer but she has a way of making me feel that yes 'I see You' Next is Alana very knowledgeable in diagnosing my symptoms and very no nonsense to my hypochondriac questions. A Great place for urgent care.

I saw Alana Blocker and she was fantastic! Caring, efficient and knowledgeable. She even spoke on the phone with my daughter, who is a clinical pharmacist, and together they agreed on a plan of care for me. She was fabulous!

From the moment I walked in the lady at the counter was friendly and courteous. When i was called back a young guy named Dewayne was outstanding. He made my uncomfortable situation not seem so bad. Funny at the perfect times, overall a great experience. He could teach a master class on customer interaction and showing genuine concern. Then i meet the PA Alana she has a great bedside manner and showed genuine compassion and concern. I am in love with this staff and if i am in need of a urgent care situation I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
