I bought a car from Norcross Motorsports 7 July 2024. The car, a BMW Z4, was delivered 14 July 2024. I put about 200 miles on the car. On the fourth day I parked the car, the next day the car would not shift out of neutral. I sent the car by tow truck to a BMW specialist. A couple of days I went to check on the car. The first thing said by the mechanic was "" How attached are you to this car"". I told him I had just bough the car. he said ""My advice to you is sell it"" We can not get a ""good code "" , when we got the car off the tow truck it work fine , we drive it 10 miles a day trying to duplicate the problem and we can only get an old code that the car would not go into gear. It was decided that I would take the car. it had been siting outside with the windows up. I put the top down and started the car and tried to put in gear, but it would not go into gear. The mechanic was outside the car so I said for him to get in and try, he did and could not get it into gear I ask if he could good code on it now, he said yes.I went home without the car I bought. A few days I called the shop and ask about the car. I was told it was the SMG Pump, he said that he would be suppressed if it would not surprise me if was not like that when I bought it. He had called his usual aftermarket suppliers and that could not get the part. It is now the August 2, 2024 at 6:00 pm I still do not have the car. I call my salesman Norcross Motorsports and was told that he would have to talk to the owner. That was a few days ago. I have NOT heard from anyone.

I had a great experience at Norcross Mototsports. Bernard was really easy to work with. I was really surprised as to how many great import cars they had on the lot. I bought a 2011 Toyota Camry, which is in really great shape, runs awesome. Thank you for your help. I was in a recent car accident and my car was totaled. So they made it easy for me.

Terrible experience buying a truck here. Bought the truck and about a week out the battery is dead. Had to purchase a new one for about $200. Then a couple weeks later, the transmission dies. My transmission mechanic said the driveshaft was completely loose and could’ve caused even more damage. When they put the truck on the lift they found that one of the gas lines was severely damaged and leaking excessive amounts of gasoline so that cost me another $300 in labor. Rebuilding the transmission cost another $3,000 dollars. The warranty they sold me for $200 dollars turned out only covered up to $500(this was not mentioned to me), so I had to pay the rest out of pocket. I called to explain the situation and they pretty much just said sorry. It’s been almost two months (3 weeks of which my truck was in the shop) and now my starter is dead which is going to cost me another $200-$300. This has been a complete nightmare, the folks at this dealer were very kind so I’m not sure if it’s negligence or just a way to gain customers’ trust but it scares me to think that they are not thoroughly inspecting their cars. Will not be doing business with again.

I’ve bought two vehicles here now and haven’t been disappointed. I’m a little difficult and couldn’t decide between two trucks and Bernard was more than willing to let me test drive them both twice at the end of his work day. Definitely recommend.

I’ve read through these reviews and despite so many people giving this company 1 star. This company just fails to even respond to their clients in a professional manner. Sometimes they can’t even address the issue. Very sarcastic and snarky comments to your clients.This alone has me scared to even purchase a car from here, I hope it scares a few of you as well

Be sure to ask for Bernard Frederick. He was extremely knowledgable about the car I was looking for and was willing to take time to help me weigh my options. Out of all salespeople I met at various car dealerships, Bernard worked the most to make the process smooth and painless!

So far so good. I've been with the car over a month. About 1,000 miles drive and everything feels good.A couple of things, not big deal but, one I noticed when I bought it the second just noticed the other day. Sunroof close button does not work, I said that to the sales agent and he said mechanical will take a look, can I bring the car to get that done?The second, which I recently noticed, third stop light does not work. When I check the light I thought it didn't have.
