When I call Nik it always goes to voicemail. When I try leave voicemail it always say voicemail is full. There is no good way to contact Nik for any insurance service.

Received an advertisement from Nick showing a Homeowner policy estimate with my address and all the correct information (year of home, sq footage,etc) for the home. It also stated the coverage amounts for dwelling coverage, personal property, loss of use, liability and medical. The estimate on the flyer was $657. When I called Nick the first thing he said was that the number on the flyer “served its purpose because it made you call me but it will differ once I pull up your information.” I have excellent credit and insurance rating. The estimate I received was for over $1,500/yr (250% more than advertised). Buyers beware, this agency engages in false advertisement and Nick will tell you up front the number on the paper is used as enticement for you to call.

I have been with Allstate for a long time now so the service has always been good but ever since I started dealing with Nik the service has gotten great. I am not just saying that to toot anyones horn but he really has the best response time ever. For example, I got pulled over and I didn't have my updated insurance cards (this is my fault), I emailed Nik and I kid you not he had them sent to my email within seconds. If I call him he is available, if I need him to update a document he responds back instantly and makes the change and the turn around time is usually twenty four hours, this isn't in his control but he gets back to me right away. Also, he can hold a great conversation all while showing his true character, which of course is honest. Thank you Nik for all that you do!

I was referred to him by a friend and he helped me out a lot. He showed me how I could keep save money. Chnaged to Allstate from Statefarm because I got a better quote. Definitely 5 Star
