I’ve have been coming for years to Joann’s. The kindness and attitude that she has is amazing. They go above and beyond to make their customers satisfied. As a matter of fact I am in here with my sister in law who is in a wheel chair and they are sitting on the floor to give her a pedicure. Who does that? They are keeping her so comfortable. I highly recommend Joann’s Nails if you want a great service with people who care and go above and beyond.

Went into the salon to get a pedicure and manicure. Joanne stated that it’ll be about a 30 minute wait I said OK she had a technician available to take me before the 30 minutes and soon as another customer walked in the door she took care of them versus taking care of me who have been waiting for sometime. Joanne can’t seem super nice but at times she is definitely unprofessional and definitely does not own up to her mistakes. That was the last time that I will ever attend her business I found another salon directly across the street. They have been close for quite some time under new ownership and they give amazing customer service as well as wonderful service on pedicures and manicures nails whatever type of nails that you would like.

I came in before two others & those two others ended up getting attended before me. Not fair. Salon needs an update also. Palette for nails is un pleasing. The salon in general needs more employees. One lady doing pedicures, seriously? Go elsewhere.Service: Pedicure

I have been coming to Joann's shop for years. I am very pleased with the service. The courteous and friendly customer service is a winner. Joann caters to the needs of her clients with efficiency. She is patient and kind. I have never heard her say a harsh word to anyone. Her smile is very inviting and she and her team are committed to giving their best to all customers that come in.
