These people where terrible to me just because I wanted a different service and had changed my mind they where so upset because I made them PAPER I have never been treated like this before they yelled at me to get my stuff and leave while I was leaving they yelled again to never go back. Mind yall I had apologized repeatedly, i had took the clothes for my husband I had never done dry clean before.

I dropped my cloths off at 12/17/2021 and was told they would be ready on the 21st. I arrived a day late 12/22/2021 and my cloths had not even been serviced. I kindly asked for my cloths back and was told with an attitude not to come back as if I were the one who was in the wrong.. I received no apology. This establishment was rude and unprofessional, I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone… I should have read the reviews before going, lesson learned..Service: Standard cleaning

I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this cleaners. After a few minutes of inquiring about pricing I left without using them. The man I spoke to was as rude as can be. I’m not sure if they’ve had bad experiences with other customers, but from reading the other reviews my guess is these people just don’t know anything about customer service. I would never spend my money at a place like this and I wouldn’t recommend them at all. I took my clothes to another cleaners who essentially had the same pricing, but way better customer service. My review says 1 star, but 0 stars is what I meant.

If I could have given them a 0 star, I would have. I paid for a formal dress to get dry cleaned, came back a month later to pick it up, and was told my dress was no longer there. It had been donated to a local church since I had not come to pick it up within a month.Before paying for such service, they did not exclaim that there was a set timeframe on when my item should be picked up. To include, I did not receive a phone call asking if/when I would be picking up my item. After inquiring about why they wouldn't contact me, I was told that they do not have time to make calls. On top of this, the lady (Not sure what her name is) was extremely rude. I have since filed a complaint with my bank, the state of Georgia consumer protection laws, and the better business bureau. STAY AWAY!

Went to get my pants altered and the husband misunderstood what I wanted. He admitted he had made a mistake told me to come back after my trip and they would fix it. When I went back to get it fixed they wanted to charge me again! They didn’t care it was their fault and they were not going to fix their mistake without me paying again. I took my pants and left.
