The lounge was very nice on the inside. My date took me on a Thursday night because I wanted to see local artists perform. We got there at 9 and the performances didn’t start until 11:30. We ordered a hookah watermelon mint and it was very nice. I ordered the Miami Water cocktail and it was very tasty! We had a hiccup with our seating because at 10 if you don’t buy a bottle you don’t get a section and you have to stand up at the bar. However, you can’t have hookah at the bar for some odd reason. Our server Darcacia was so nice and accommodating. She took very good care of us and we appreciated her very much as we do not live in the area. I’d go back just to see her again!

Miami Hookah Lounge Review:
On Friday night (4/28/2023) I visited Miami Hookah Lounge with a group of friends, and unfortunately, I had one of if not the most horrible experience. I want to present my grievances in a logical manner, based on my customer service experience, without letting emotions cloud my judgment.
Firstly, my friends and I arrived 20 minutes before midnight, as there was no cover charge before 12:00am. However, we were surprised to be asked to pay a deposit beforehand and then charged a $20 entrance fee upon arrival. I tried explaining to the “promoter” that it’s unheard of to pay to get in when I’ve already reserved a section with 2 bottles but he sat there & argued with me until 12:05. When I told him that I’ve already booked a 2 bottle section with a deposit already down, he said “I don’t get no paid for your bottle or section”. At this point I then realized that he was trying to pocket extra money. I got tired of the back & forth so I ended up paying for us to get in even though I knew I was being ripped off.
Then we finally get inside but he had us standing in the corner waiting for a waitress to come that never came.
10 mins later I walked back to the front & asked if they’re still going to give me the before 12 bottle package & he said “YES, OF COURSE.” I said ok and told him that no waitress still haven’t came and that’s when he proceeded to escort us to the section himself. Before he walked away, I asked him again for the 2nd time if the prices are still the same and he said “Yes”. My party and I finally sat down and shortly after our server came and asked us what bottle we wanted. I told her my name she looked up my reservation then proceeded to go to the back. When she came back she said “Oh we don’t have casamigos anejo and if you want 2 bottles it’s going to be $600 something because y’all sat down after 12.” I then tried to explain to her the situation but we were met with indifference and lack of accountability. We went back and forth with different staff members for an hour and a half, but nobody took responsibility for the confusion or attempted to accommodate us.
Despite the unsatisfactory service, we decided to stay and wait for our bottle service, which arrived only 30 minutes before closing. We received only one bottle, for which we were charged $300, and it was not the same quality as the promised bottle service.
Money was not the issue; we would have left and spent our money elsewhere if the service was satisfactory. However, it was the fact that Miami Hookah Lounge promised services which we paid for (deposit) that they could not deliver, and they were not accountable for their mistake. The lack of organization and poor customer service left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would not return to this establishment.
In conclusion, I would honestly advise potential customers not to approach Miami Hookah Lounge. I never want anybody to experience the unprofessionalism and disrespect I was met with at this horrible establishment. The lack of transparency, accountability, and service is unacceptable, and there are far better options available in the area.

Music is too loud to be able to order anything. And when there is a break in the music, you can’t get anyone to help you. Service is not worth going back.

It's was an open mic competition I supported my artist Jhordyn Dhatcher and the beer was drinks were cheap and I enjoyed the night. Here's a video of Jhordyn doing her thing. **she didn't win so we'll be back next month.

7/27/23Got here about 9:30pm . Went inside and of course nobody is here besides the workers and dj which is expected because it’s 9:30 lol . I sat at the car for like 5 minutes on my phone then I decided to get up and walk around the club since I’ve never been here before. There are mirrors on the wall so I went over to them , took pictures and videos etc etc. then sat on one of the couches close by. I sat there for 10 minutes when a waitress came to me saying “I can’t sit here cuz I didn’t pay to sit here” I told here “well nobody here , I’m just sitting” then she says “if you didn’t pay you can’t sit here” MIND YOU THERE IS NOBODY HERE !! It’ll be a different if ppl were here and I sat at someone section . On top of that , her co workers are sitting on the couches smoking hookah! So I go back to the bar and a different waitress put drink menus on the bar . I look at the menu and ask for a Strawberry Lemonade Remix . She tells me they out of Pink Whitney . So I asked for two different drinks and she said they don’t have basically anything to make the specific drinks I asked for. WHY PUT A MENU W DRINKS IN MY FACE IF YOU DONT HAVE MOST OF THE DRINKS TO MIX ?!?? This is such a lame club ! Glad I didn’t pay to get in because the money isn’t worth it here

There are so many better options for nightlife in Miami, I would recommend skipping this place. After family night a large group of us decided to check out miami lounge. They advertise free entry, free sections, all of which are not valid. Upon arriving we were charged a 20 cover. The overall price of the cover was reasonable in my opinion. The issue was that they had a flier advertising free entry and they did not honor it. The woman at the door explained that it was only free until 11 however the flier did not have any time limit. Once we entered the club was dead. The music was decent but was overshadowed by a blown speaker. I felt like I was in a Honda civic with an after market cd and sub install (iykyk). Because we were a large group we did get a section. The waitress was nice and attentive but was not overly informative. The club has a hard close of 2:30 even though their hours say they close at 3. At 2:30 the lights came on and they immediately started screaming for everyone to get out. The issue with this is the waitress continued letting us order food and water (bottled) up until "close". The food was brought out 10 minutes before they "closed" but that was not communicated. So at 2:30 when they are screaming for us to get out we still needed to get boxes as the food had JUST come. Also you can not leave with any open liquid. Alcohol is self explanatory but this also includes water. So the 5 dollar bottles of Fiji water she brought (they only serve bottles) at 2:28 had to be thrown out bc we opened them. The wings were crispy but way over salted. They are a good drunk food though because of the saltiness.

The lounge was super dead, and they tried to charge extra for our party taking up two couches. They held the line and charged my friend $20 at the entrance bc she came at 11:30 instead of 11 PM. That was reasonable. Mind you, we had a section AND there were only 25 people max including security and staff. The DJ was @$$ and had the music too loud for how few people were in there. Like who plays Party in the USA & chainsmokers at the beginning of their set in an empty club?My whole group was groped by this short heavy set stud at the entrance.Never again.
