Very abusing on the high prices. They really coming after your wallet. Just a coolant reservoir was almost $500 and Amazon or eBay was only $130. Is the same thing with filters and many parts. I know they have to make money but this much different is a very disgusting way to scam the customer

On June 10th 2023, I bought an actuator in this store, I was informed that warranty was valid for one year, my truck hit the road and on July 6th the truck broke in Arizona, in the middle of nowhere, after trying hard I was able to get a mechanic. After reviewing the truck, the mechanic informed me that the turbo and the actuator went bad, I could not believed as the actuator was installed less than a month ago, and the mechanic went again with different scanner (newer), and he came back with the same response, turbo and actuator went bad and are damaged, after this I went to MHC at Norcross and the told me that the actuator has one year warranty, I bought a second actuator and shipped overnight to Arizona, after the new turbo and actuator were installed my truck was back in the road and finally on July 20th 2023 arrived to Atlanta GA. I went to MHC to make valid the warranty over the actuator that went bad but MHC told me that to make that warranty the truck need to be diagnosed by Cummins first (nonsense) so I have to spend money for two actuators ended with no warranty and my driver left my company because he was so many days waiting for the truck to be repair.

Really frustrated with my most recent visit, I have a company truck and it threw some code which threatened to derate the truck so I bought it in and asked to have the codes read. They charged 250.00 to read the codes and add a half gallon of coolant, I had to sit for 2 hours in the lobby. I have been a return customer for several visits and felt like they could have worked with me on this visit considering I have several gallons of coolant on hand. For something so simple I would have expected a little more help with things. For the money I will invest in a code reader and do the work myself, I don't think I will be returning any time soon.

WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNINGThis company deserves NO stars I had my tractor towed in for a fuel pump and they non-experience mechanic broke the power starring pump and said it was broken when it came in. then ran the repair bill up to over $12,000. with parts that my tractor did not need. Then the manager tried to force me to pay a $7,000. 00 deposit to get started on my tractor,"NOW THIS ONLY DO THIS FOR MINORTY CUSTOMERS"I end up having my tractor towed from this shop, and for 4 new batteries that I did not need and labor I was forced to pay $3400.dollars to get my tractor back, when I refused to pay the $12,000. dollar quote they quoted me, this company charged me storage fee of almost $3,000. dollars for less than a month. So this company will trap you into high fees if you refuse the outstanding estimate. This is not the place to bring your tractor for a repair this MHC needs your money bad they don't care about service your money is their only concern.ET Atlanta
