The manager, Ana is absolutely horrible! When i came In she was asleep at the desk. Later on during my transaction i witnessed her speaking horribly to one of her employees and it made me very uncomfortable! There is a metro in the plaza with dunkin that has better service!

I was having the most difficult time switching from boost Mobile to MetroPCS and the manager, her name is Anna, was extremely kind to me and I am very grateful for her. She was a complete Angel for me because I had just gotten out of the hospital from having a stroke and her patience was outstanding. I cannot thank her enough and I am very grateful for her

Please do not go to this store, they are taking advantage of the community. It is $20 to switch phones, they charge $25. I called metro pcs to ask them why they were over charging and they said"it is only $20" no other fee should apply. The lady did not know what she was she was doing, couldn't get the SIMout of the phone, I did it for her. She also could not switch the phones. I drove 1 mile up the road the fee was $20 and the service way better. Please double check your receipts or just do not go here.
