Very bad service !!!! I called and the guy that works there keep hanging up the phone on me told me to stop callingThis is how you guys treat your customers ? I was calling to ask a simple question and this guy is so rude I will not be going to the store and will not recommend anyone. Oh wait, so I’m not alone?!lol yo that Paulie Shore character is messing up your business. Yes. Paulie Shore! And his hair style is old.He’s not rude or disrespectful… but slow on the lateral thinking. my goodness.I had a legitimate phone emergency and I had my 3 month old daughter with me. My wife’s calling me and my mother is calling me and the phone’s screen wouldn’t work. who cares if it’s a metro store or T-Mobile corporate.I would’ve bought that man lunch if he helped me. Maybe even buy a prepaid back up phone just to Show my appreciation.But this box of rocks tells me that he couldn’t help.I ended up meeting two people outside who let me use their phone. Thanks for nothing, jerks.

Brian felt it necessary to apply changes to my account i did not request.Whatever this persons real name is at140 Jimmy Carter Blvd should be removed as a representative of Metro/T-Mobile.Worst experience with Metro EVER!!!DONTPAY HERE!!!

I have worked here for only 3 days and I WILL NEVER come back!! Brian the manager has scammed people out of money by up charging them and changing the prices on their bill. He has HORRIBLE customer service towards his customers. I only had one shirt in which the other coworkers have to wear as well which is NASTY! this man went through my paperwork and CAME TO MY HOME when I didn’t go into work because of family emergency. That is harassment and I don’t want to be apart of it. This store need to be closed down or he needs to be FIRED!

This store is managed by Brian Kim, an older Asian man. I visited his store yesterday and after my unpleasant experience, I have to agree with the other reviewers. The initial customer service was great, but after I raised some minor concerns about my phone? That's when he dropped the act. He is the typical money hungry type and he will tell lies in order to scam you. The integrity is definitely lacking.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Brian Kim is the worst manager ever. He will scam you. He scams all clients. All he cares about is making a profit. He charges customers for services that he should not charge. Do yourself a favor and go to another MetroPCS. I cannot stress this enough!

Horrible experience with that old,weird Asian guy Brian that works here. Went to switch a sim card over to a new phone and he acted like he didn't want to help unless you're buying something. Typical money hungry type. Stay away from this dump.

Brian have the worst customer service. He is the older Asian male. Purchased the phone from this location and 5 days later I have issue with hearing people on the phone. Or people kept saying, I sound far away. I told Brian about the issue and he told me that I didn't have the phone long enough and to come back in a week if I keep having the issue and he walk away. On my receipt, I can either get an refund or exchange for another phone within 1 week.I told him that I wanted to exchange for a new phone. But same make/model .He made an call on the phone and said I can hear clearly. And he walked away again. I left Brian store and went over to the corporate metro PC's store and they gave me another phone. They said Brian should've did the same thing. And the only reason why I went to Brian store is because this store is near my house.

What a horrible experience I had at this one store. The old Asian man here is so freaking rude. I came to talk to him and he kicked me out of his store. He told me to wait at first and then told me to go LoL. Don't go here plenty of other metro pcs to go too! I stopped at like 10 today and this guy was an A$$.

Ive been a loyal customer to this metro for years on now. The apparent manager acts like he owns the business. He just told me that everything works on the same system, btw the have 2 computers, and if i wasnt comfortable waiting that i could go elsewhere. How about that customer service?. If your interested in metro, don't come here.
