I just left this metro location and couldn’t wait to leave this review. Patrice was amazing! I had something wrong with my phone and thought I was going to have to buy a new one( which I wasn’t prepared for so it was going to be tough on the pockets) She had my phone fixed within minutes! Came to pay a bill. Agent \\\"Brian\\\" decided without my permission or consent to enroll me in auto-pay. Didnt even inform me. Personally i feel it was because im black. Worst customer service ever.
