All of the staff here are amazing. They are very caring and honest. I brought my two puppies in when I was concerned that they may have iron poisoning from ingesting oxygen absorber packets. I will definitely be making Medlock Bridge Animal hospital their new place for care

Dr. Colson is absolutely the best! She took great care of my bunny in an emergency & couldn't have asked for more caring or compassionate care. I would definitely drive the almost 2 hours away to bring my Mollie here

We bought our 14 year old cat in to get euthanize because she’s has neurological condition that will cause her to have seizures for the rest of her life. She has stopped eating, drinking, and using the litter box completely. The reason I’m adding all this is because I was very uncomfortable when the technician came into the room, gave us a confused look and said “why are we euthanizing her? I’m just curious because she seems very alert…” Questioning the motives of a pet owner who has already spent days agonizing over whether or not they are making the right decision is a bit inappropriate and triggering in such a delicate situation. She clearly seemed new and very sweet otherwise, and had no bad intentions. I just wanted to pass that feedback along, and hope that no future pet owners will encounter that.

The absolute best, all the staff are extremely helpful and lovely and my little guys are treated so well that they don’t seem afraid of being here at all. If you have small animals then this is the place to bring them.

I like this hospital. I have never had a bad experience. I feel like they do care and they want to help. I runs a little differently than other places. They attend to you on a first come first serve basis. There may not always be a vet there but the nurses are there and very kind. I feel bad that others have had bad experiences but thankfully I have not. I also take my dog here for grooming. Maddie is kind and patient with my little guy. I dont always get the hair cut I want for him which kind of stinks but I havent had much luck with any groomer in the area either so maybe its me and my descriptions. I am more concerned that they treat him kindly and dont upcharge me if he is alittle snippy with them.

My family and I really appreciate the veterinary care that Dr B and her team gave to our family dog, Annie, at such short notice. Annie, who seems to have got into something and made herself quite ill, is now fully recovered. Thank you.

My one dog doesn't do well at the vet but he was so good for them! They really know how to handle big scaredy-cat dogs.Edit: just had another visit with them, and they handle him so well!!

Paid a ton of money to not even know what was going on with the cat, received the cat in the carrier and it was full of pee, along with the cats behind soaked in her own pee, they had to have had her in there the minute i told them i couldn’t continue to pay for her to stay there and i would just look after her myself because why would i pay 500-700 dollars for her to stay another night just for the same result of them not being able to tell me what is going on with my cat, no instructions or anything, the doctor wasnt even there , and the cat got immediately handed over and smelt horrible as if she had been sitting in the carrier for awhile and left to pee herself and everything, not watched over clearly if they couldnt even let her roam to pee in a litter
