Erika and the Luxury Living International team, where extremely helpful in my mother's home buying process. She relocated from Miami and within a month and half, she was able to find home for a great deal. The process was seemless. 10 STARS! Erika was an absolute joy to work with and was nothing short of amazing from the moment we met her. We closed on our dream home 3 months ago, and the process was smooth, seamless, and FAST FAST FAST! I tend to be a little on the 'over the top' side, but Erika had the patience of an angel, and remained very responsive and timely with updates. She made the stress of buying and selling a home at the same time minimal, and to this day, we stay connected to her. She is more than our agent, she is family!

Working with the Goodwin Team was an awesome experience these two ladies Mrs. Tami and Nicole very helpful and very resourceful. Mrs TAMI assisted and kept me informed during my relocation to Atlanta. Mrs. TAMI also helped me with the sale of my home in Southern California along with her sister office and agent Kristi Knowles. Honestly I did not have time to cross my legs and my home was sold. Then to top it off I was able to find my new home in Loganville Georgia. Later this year Mrs. TAMI contacted me regarding an update on my property which she has also once again came through with flying colors informed me that I needed to get to work on removing that PMI. What agent do you know that will contact their past buyers to inform them that they can get the PMI removed. She did not have to stop her busy schedule to tell me so I moved on that quickly and I'am currently in the final stages. Will update soon I do recommend working with Mrs TAMI and Team you will not go wrong
