I've had Allstate for over 40 years and never had a problem. I have received very poor service from this agent. I had not been notified by them timely to receive a discount on my automobile policy. I have called several times and they will only tell me that underwriting won't give me the discount until my policy renewed as it was not submitted in time even though my policy shows the discount. Their office is responsible for not submitting this in a timely manner.I would not recommend this agent or Allstate they have not taken care of my needs or concerns, being in a service industry this agent should provide a better service.

I love Ms. Lucy Allstate office. She listens to the customer and helps find the best rates. The staff is pleasant and always a pleasure to work with. There has been instances, when I was not having such a great day. I had to call Ms. Lucy’s Allstate office for something. Honey, speaking with the staff, I forgot I was having a not so good of a day. Thanks y’all for all that you all do! Keep up the great work!

Shame with your worst customer serviceI will never ever get insurance with you and suggest for others to look for some where else if you don’t want be over charge for no reasonI never charged for cancellation and changing of my insuranceAnd it was the first time I faced with charges for the sake of canceling my insurance

I'm starting out with 5 stars,because that's what it's been for me.Any time I've had issues my agents were there to assist..If you see the stars decrease,then there was or is a problem that hasn't been resolved. Until then,they are a 5.

I have called several times regarding getting a charged for a lapse in coverage and a reinstatement fee. I have no received a answer or correction. I had to pay the fees to get my registration. And I have not received a refund. So I’m not happy at all
