Despite having my receipt and original packaging this store refused to honor their return policy. I contacted the manufacturer who explained that the item should have been returned to the store for a refund or replacement. I looked at their website. There is a warranty guide for the item saying to return to store for a refund. I called Lowe’s customer service who also said it should have been refunded. This store’s lack of customer service makes the Lowe’s brand look bad.

This store is pretty bad but after about 20 calls wich it seems the phone rings and someone just picks up phone and hangs up. I FINALLY GOT a assistant manager who was very helpful. BUT when I called back to let her know about calls being hung up and bad revues could not get thruw to no departments all someone pick up and hang up total of 20 times forever. Order a product on line before to deliver to store and had me wait for 3 hours they lost it. Then they brought a box that looked like it was ran over on the highway. Other than the nice managers this store is not what it was 20 yrs ago

When people who work there make eye contact with me, they always ask, “Is there anything I can help you with?” and help sincerely. Their help prevents me from making purchases and helps me come up with better DIY ideas.

Lowe's delivery is the worst you could possibly imagine. They are unprofessional and rude. Tried to talk to Lowe's about it but they didn't care and didn't help. I'll be shopping at Home Depot in the future.

This store sucks!!!! I tried to call the Norcross store over 8 times and my call dropped each time!!! The checkout clerk didn’t place one of my items in my bag!!! This is HORRIBLE customer service!!!

I have water damage on the hallway of my house and called Lowes to get an estimate on the repair. A representative came by on May 28 (six days ago), and he measured the floor. I was supposed to get a quote for the cost of the repair, but everything has stopped on Lowes end. No email as was promised, and I can't get through on the phone. If I go down to the Lowes store, I would be wasting more of my time. Go somewhere else for repair work.

Worst store ever i would give it a minus 5 star. Employees are rude unknowledgeable. Ive stop an employee to ask a question before and was told that wasn't her department and kept walking. Having paint mixed is always been a joke. Never right and always waiting on someone to show up. Ive waited 28 mins on propane exchange.service desk are usually young people slow and chatting among themselves having nothing to do with their job. It's a shame this store cant do better. Customers come but how many will come back ?
