I was at your store today and I landed up with a sales person with TERRIBLE behaviour. I have shopped at your place for last few years during dhanteras on an avg of very high amount $ and today you just lost a customer due to a salesperson.

Wow!! What an excellent service from two great personalities. Parag Bhai and Shaileshbhai were fabulous, They had made us feel like we were their generations-old customers. They had explained to us very thoroughly the value and uniqueness of each of their items. Overall one thing that me and my family has decided that they are definitely our lifetime jewelers. My family and I have been going to Legacy for close to 20 years and it is the only place we go to in Atlanta for any occasion. Legacy always carries elegant, one of a kind pieces and their prices are very reasonable. We always work with Parag and he makes our shopping experience very personable and hassle-free. He learns your taste and recommends very nice pieces based on that. Parag is also very friendly and knowledgeable which brings a peace of mind when purchasing jewelry. Form years my family and others whenever we come to Atlanta we buy our jlry from few stores in Decatur. This time when we visited and went to purchase the prices they gave us and the way we got treated it was crazy and we just walked ur without buying anything. Few of our friends told us about legacy jewels. So we went thr and we were shocked to see the way we have been treated and other customers were treated by two gentlemen who works their compared to what we saw in Decatur. Parag Bhai and Shaileshbhai both. It was just superb????. U felt like it's yr store. Prices also so reasonable compare to other stores and the knowledge they both have about jewelry they sale. I would highly recommend everyone to visit legacy jewels. ??????

I wish I could give this place 0 starToday at Dhanteraas. I went to buy something with my few friends.We finally liked one thing.. but it was too much pricey definitely being Indian we call have an habit of bargaining.... But definitely it's the store owner's choice they wish to sell it or not.. But the owner was freaking ? soo much rude and said "yeah yeah you can gooo in another store" The way he said was so rude that we can't even imagine to treat our customers this way.. Seriously saying if u have customers than your a boss.. or else why would you open the store.. Every person needs respect...Which this place owner doesn't understandIf the owner is soo rude... why would anyone ? wish to buy something from you...I would rather go and give my business to someone who appreciates it...First time here and last time too... not visiting this place again.. Nor I would suggest anyone else
