I had an amazing shopping experience at Ladlee. The staff is incredibly helpful they made sure i tried all the clothes i liked and showing me a wide range of styles in affordable prices. They definitely deserves a 5-star rating.

I wish I could give 0 stars to this place. This is the worst place in the whole world. I received an outfit as a gift and the tag says size 46 but when you measure the outfit - it comes out to be a size 40-41. That sounds like fraud to me. I went into the store wanting to change it because what am I supposed to do with it now. I asked the lady if I could speak to the manager and you know what she said? “Sorry he is not here today.” Then, when my sister asked to talk to the manager she changed her answer to “oh he is in India.” Then, I asked her if she could change & even told her I don’t want my money back - just want her to change it because the size is clearly wrong. Her answer was “we have so many clothes in the store that we check on the tag and size it.” I have never heard a stupid reason like this and you are just straight up committing fraud. There are so many other stores at the mall with accurate sizes and they are far bigger and have more clothes than this piece of trash place. I am never coming back here ever again and I hope you don’t either. This place should just be shut down for good.

I have been Ladli client for over 5 years now. Every time I go there I look for Chadni because she always gives the best customer service !!! She very knowledgeable and gives best advice on what to wear on whatever occasion might be and how it looks on me. I truly appreciate her assistance.

Took a trip to Atlanta for a weekend to go bridal shopping and got all we needed at Ladlee! Ave and Jolly were extremely patient with helping us get our outfits and we are so excited for our wedding day! The quality and price is unmatched. THANK YOU!!

We had a great experience there. we had gone to buy some kurtas and chaniya cholis for navratri and the options were amazing, the quality was great, and service from staff and owners was better than we expected. We were pleasantly surprised at prices and came home with more than we needed. will definitely go back. great store.First class

Hayal and his team at Ladlee helped to custom make my wedding dress. Even not being Indian myself, the team was welcoming and kind, letting me try on all different types of dresses. We ordered the Lehenga I wanted once we found it and it was custom made in India only requiring minor alterations once it came to the states. They also helped find a beautiful sherwani for my husband and custom made a turban for him in a color that would complement everything. We also got the kurtas for our groomsmen there. The quality of the clothing was fantastic. Many of my family members also went there as well to find outfits for the wedding! So thankful for their help and patience with us to make sure we had exactly what we wanted.

I never seen rude lady (owner) ??? in my life when I saw sing at the door the store is closing early today so I entered the store and I asked the person who was at the counter what time they close suddenly that lady (owner) come to me and telling me on louder voice we close you can’t enter the store leave the store I was shocked ? that’s really not appropriate to talk to the customer or person I left the store and never ever go back to this store there are so many stores with good heart people

Men’s kurta boughtTailor guy who does alterations has better penchant for his work. More customer friendly attitude. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️But he looked over worked! Hard to imagine what he gets paid for his service by store.Hopefully altering should come out good!Guy behind the counter was not at all interested in showing more selection.If you are not buying half dozen 800$ worth sherwanis then they are not interested.But who wants sherwani all the time!?Lousy attitudeAbout store hours he was like it will be closed in one hour and it was only 5pm at Saturday. At 7 pm shop was still open!After this experience didn’t even bother to check out women’s ensemblesSame lousy attitude on cash register, lady representative said “if you want receipt take it from there “Why don’t you guys put self service cash registers and save customers experiencing horrible attitude of your staff.

Customer service is good or bad depends on the sales person. Packs your Sherwani and Lehenga in used old plastic bags. Next time I will bring my own bag. Cheap!
