"I enrolled my child at La Petite Academy with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. On a recent occasion, my child came home with an unexplained injury, and despite my attempts, I have been unable to speak to a manager or review the surveillance footage to understand what happened. The lack of urgency and concern from the staff regarding my child's well-being has been deeply unsettling. It's disheartening to feel that my child's safety was not prioritized, and the apparent lack of awareness among the staff is concerning.I strongly advise parents to thoroughly consider their options before choosing this daycare. The experience I've had has left me with serious doubts about the level of care and oversight provided at La Petite Academy. I sincerely hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the quality of care offered to the children entrusted to them."Located in Norcross Indian trail this incident happen Friday my child came home with knot the size of a golf ball on top his head and no one will speak to me until Wednesday

I left a review almost 2 weeks ago and seen that it was removed!! I said what I said "that since the director Ms. D, left this location has been truly unhinged. The personal care and touch are no longer there, the assistant Tracy, is not loving and caring nor approachable by far. I am afraid to leave my name due to the unfair treatment that my children might receive. It's sad that good people that care about you and your family, leave and the ones that are just there for a paycheck still remains. I am in the process of removing my children, due to the lack of compassion and communication that I am receiving now. I stayed because of Ms. D!! Hopefully this review want get deleted. I guess the truth is hard to hear or read!!

La petite...a place that sells you on advanced curriculum and corporate organization with a board that cares. If you're looking for an education for your child, look elsewhere. The director and teachers are nice and friendly, but are completely overworked and overwhelmed. There is a lot of teacher turnover and the ratio for the younger kids is just too high (state level is 8:1) especially when they are still in diapers. How is a teacher supposed to educate, feed, and change 8 kids diapers at the same time? Something has to give....there ends up being a lot of screen time and unattentive time and you might catch your 1.5 year old crying in the corner all alone like we did. The teachers aren't getting the support they need and corporate just adds on pressure by conducting silly audits. Look for a place that exceeds the state ratio. Corporate will probably try to save face by replying with their phone number and not actually address any concerns publicly. Don't fall for it.

La petite academy of peachtree corners has been a second family for my kids for 7 years! Up until the end of this school year we have had most of the same staff since my son was 4. I love this daycare and my kids felt safe here. Every summer was always a blast and always went on different affordable trips. We will miss you La Petite Academy

We love la Petite of Norcross! Our now 3 year old has been attending this daycare since he was an infant. We have always had speedy communication via phone and email. He comes home with art projects, singing new songs and with new skills. As the pandemic continues, they have good cleaning protocols and asks for parents to wear masks at pick up and drop off. I've recommended this location to many friends and they love it as well! Mr. LaVante has been a great with assisting us in the parent portal, with making payments and with ensuring we have a great experience! Highly recommend!

Do not send your children here , the safety of the kids are consistently put at risk , there is no structure , organization, reliability or communication. The director is a pathological liar and will literally gas light until the tanks on E. They have 0 activities planned for the children, no sanitation is being done to maintain cleanliness, the food served is comparable to feeding a stay at home pet I’m sure they won’t mention the mold they served the children on a tour. A disrespectful and degrading environment is what you be enrolling your child into. In no way shape or form is the review intended with malice but if no one speaks up for the children they will continue to endure the same dysfunctional cycle under the leadership there in now .

The worst day care we’ve been to, it’s unreliable, it’s had a break in, and now there’s a flood. My son had diaper rashes for 4 months straight. Also wasn’t able to leave my kids whenever they were short staffed. The reason for us leaving our kids at daycare is because as parents we have to work and having to call out 2 days a week out of work is not a good look.

I scheduled a virtual tour with La Petite and waited 30 minutes in the video meeting. Nobody showed up. Someone called me a full day later to ask if I wanted to reschedule since "I" hadn't shown up. I told them what really happened, they rescheduled me, and told me if no one showed up next time I should call them. I showed up again yesterday to my second tour, and I waited 15 minutes. Nobody showed up again. I called them, and they told me they were very understaffed and management was busy. I understand staffing struggles to an extent due to Covid, but other preschools in the area had no problem at least keeping track of their appointments and respecting my time. (And why would I feel comfortable trusting my child to a place that is so understaffed they can't stay organized or speak to parents?) Today a man left me a voicemail again asking if I wanted to reschedule since "I hadn't shown up." He sounded almost drunk, and proceeded to make another personal phone call, all of which was also left on my voicemail.

I was very interested in getting my child enrolled in this school, but after speaking with Lavante Adams, whom I believe is a director at this location, I have changed my mind. I requested a virtual tour in which he expressed that their system was down and could not do it. He asked if I had an IPhone and I told him I have an Android. I suggested Google Duo and even Microsoft Teams. Both were shot down then he preceeded to say that he only has one spot left and sent me the application. What makes you think I am going to send my child somewhere without viewing it first? I told him that and didn't receive any response back. He didn't offer any other solutions. He came off to me like a sales person that tries to pressure you to do something by emphasizing that there "is only 1 spot left". This is a daycare with people's kids, not a car dealership.

My wife had an awful experience with one of the staff ladies there. When she went to check out the facility she was "greeted" by an angry woman on the parking lot. By getting out of the car, my wife has probably tapped lightly with the door the car next to her (no damage, no dent whatsoever, not even a paint mark) by doing so the angry woman has started yelling at my wife from inside the car telling her to watch where she goes and requiring her to apologize for what she did without even checking if there is any damage on her car (that on its own tells you the situation is not about the car, it's a mental issue)My wife has said that she apologizes if she had hit the car and letting the woman call the police to make a report if she feels violated. The woman has continued yelling at my wife demanding an apology and of course she doesn't call the police because there is nothing to see!I'm sorry but that is not a normal behavior, this is straight up bullying. And that suppose to be a caregiver for your precious child. Good thing this happened before we use their service. It's unacceptable. We don't know the employee's name but it doesn't matter, there is NO way I would trust the management to care for our baby since they fail to hire caring enough human beings. Very disappointed.
