at night there are a group of Panhandlers asking people for money that stay next to the door entrance and walk around the building inside it does not safe at all, when you deny them they get a attitude. Also the quality of the products have been going down at this location.

Definitely smaller than other Krogers but this location is my favorite. Associates here have always been so nice and helpful.

Kroger has increased the price of blueberry muffins to $6. And while doing so they went ahead and decreased the amount of blueberries per batch.

This is by far the worst Kroger I’ve ever shopped. Patricia/Priscilla who works the Uscan purposely typed in my card number WRONG over three times. I knew something was suspect so I asked for help from a different worker. As the worker was assisting me Patricia/Priscilla stood behind her and literally spoke the wrong numbers wrong too the worker who by now had my card in her hand typing in the numbers. Eventually, the other worker typed in the correct numbers listed as is on my card and my PIN number finally went through. I stood there for 20 minutes because Patricia/Priscilla a heavy set Hispanic women was deliberate in sabotaging my purchase. Beware of her something is not right with her and she needs to be supervised closer.

If you do self check out, be prepared to be watched like a hawk and like you are some kind of criminal. All of the other workers were very nice however, the one lady in the self checkout line was absolutely ridiculous. I reported her to her manager. Also, I think the store definitely needs an update.

I had my iPhone in the top of the cart while pushing it to my car it fell out in front of the store, I walked back inside asked if it was picked up, She returned it to me only after I brought my items back inside and searched them while checking my receipt, never again

Do not use the ding ding machines at this kroger. You have to put in a card and one machine completely took $25 for me without putting any money on the card and they will not open up and refund you a dime their thieves if you win anything you can get a Kroger gift card or a prepaid Visa or Mastercard which is cool because you don't have to get lottery. But it would help if the machines did not rob you before you even had a chance to play

Ugh... I didn't wanna have to do this but I have to.... The past couple of times I've been getting produce here were God awful. I got portobello mushrooms, most of them had mold.
This past week that I went to get honey crisp apples and blueberries were both also moldy. Please be aware and make sure your produce is okay before leaving the store of completely avoid at all costs!

I went to the pharmacy on3 13 2024 to pick up my medicine and they had it ready early the pharmacist was excellent she is very courteous and polite I personally want to thank her I also got some stuff that we made for dinner and it was excellent I am giving them a five star the service was fast and quickand the ambiance was excellent I just wanted the pharmacist to know what a great job she did for me looking for a pharmacy in Norcross go to Singleton road I even took pictures of how clean the place was thank you for your quick service Darryl Garmon
