Today I had bad experience with the pharmacist named Alecia she said I was hostel and threatened I had to go all the way to my doctor office to have him to call to approve it she said she was three with me l didn't do nothing that is not right to treat a patient like that she said other pharmacist will fill my refills but not her now what do you think of that that is not right to be treated that way to be called names. I rate her astarfor calling me names

The people that work in his Kroger are always extremely nice pleasant and professional always helpful. Help me to find things that I can't find makes my shopping much more pleasant.

I definitely recommend Kroger for groceries because they have great prices and deal's availability daily and weekly that you really can't beat most of the time . This Kroger is 5 mins from my house very convenient for me , My favorite thing about Kroger is the deals they have and the special finds in the clearance area ( can't remember what it's called but it's a lane with mark down items ) . Kroger is open up till 11pm which is also awesome for late shoppers or last min shopping . This location is somewhat always kinda busy but not to a extreme just to where they can use a few more high school students to be on the register.

My Review about This Kroger Pharmacy.. people's are inside Pharmacy unprofessional and not friendly. Medicine order or Refill always too much Delayed sometimes about 3 to 5 days need to wait for Refill...They not understand Emergency patients!!!!

I arrived and there was no one at the drop off line. The pharmacist said "be with you in a moment" as she was busy doing something. No problem, but the huff was unnecessary. She asked how can I help you in what seemed to be 30 seconds. Ok cool. No problem here. But the rest of the conversation was just straight attitude. Like an attitude that I was inconveniencing her asking her questions. I am a very quiet respectful person, but it took a lot for me to hold in how I was feeling. I felt UNCOMFORTABLE. She said I should come back tmrw because it would be awhile. I hope I do not see this same person tmrw. I will be dropping Kroger for my medications and go somewhere else.

Very poor customer service. Thomas could use some more customer service training. Will DEFINITELY NEVER be coming back here or any Kroger ever. Zero stars if it was up to me.

Horrible customer service! They leave you waiting for hrs and just answer and say thank you for waiting and leave you waiting even more , they hang up on you and they are literally doing nothing but talking !

This is the hoodest Kroger ever. The place says it closes at 11p. I pull up at 1040 and the girl is telling me the place is closed. She tells me this as she's smoking a cigarette at the door. This is the 2nd worst experience I had. The first was when I came to buy shrimp and a kid told me behind the counter that they dont accept ebt. I was super offended then called the Manager telling him that it would be beneficial for there to be a sign instead of upsetting customers. First of all I'm not on any public assistance of any kind. I am a professional. This place is complete TRASH! Completely. I will shop at my friendly neighborhood Kroger in Chamblee. Environment, Professionalism, and class go a long way. I never write these but today I had time. Absolutely abhorrent!!!!!

Just left the Kroger gas station. There was a problem with 1 of the pumps which caused affected my debit card. The attendant was EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL & went above and beyond to correct it. Thanks So Much

Poor attitude from the staff. Seemed annoyed that they had to help me. To be fair they did process the prescription while I waited and relatively quickly. Just could improve the bedside manners.

I like the store and people but it has gotten ridiculous witn the thugs hanging around the parking lot. Yesterday i was threatened when i refused to let a bum ride in the rear of my truck. He accused me of being racist (good lord is this overused) then told me i owed him 20 dollars, i refused and he moved closer until he noticed I was armed (legally) i will not be returning here.
