“All I needed was 3 measly cabinet hinges, and it was confusing because they all look so similar in the pictures. I called & spoke with Allen and asked him if I could send him a pic of what I needed. He promptly got back to me and told me which hinge I needed. I had to call with questions and he called me back right away. He took my order on Thursday and the hinges arrived on Friday. But what really sold me on the customer service @ HGH is that, while Allen was probably dealing with people ordering thousands of $ worth of cabinets, he treated my order of 3 hinges like they were just as important. “I had my bath installed in 2003. I removed my doors and was unable to get them back on. I talked to Crystal at the office who was very helpful and customer service orientated and she had a technician.Come out and fix my doors. I'm sorry I did not get the technician's name, but he was very courteous.And knowledgeable. After twenty three years after install, this is above and beyond customer service and I will recommend them for sure. Thank you.”
