I sent my son to get an oil change but before he left,i marked the oil filter to make sure it was being changed, i had a feeling it wasn't, and to my surprise it wasn't, i called up there they were all trying to say it was changed, all they wanted to do was refund my money. If they did it to me i am sure they have done it others Please beware do not go to this location

I didn’t even get a chance to go to the site. I called to verify that they had the tires that I needed there. I asked the man if he would be able to check for a specific size because of the requirements of my car. He didn’t even let me finish. He told me no he’s gonna have to dig under stuff and he’s not about to do that and stop talking, I would never go here again because of the experience of just on the phone and him being so unhelpful and unwilling to even assist and I don’t understand the purpose of somewhere and not wanting to check for customer but again he said it was too much work. She didn’t want to do it and , he just ended up telling me they don’t have the Tire even though he had no clue because he didn’t wanna Check

Horrible service from these people. Sent my me of my work vans to get an oil change . When I got the van back , I noticed the drain plug had been modified . They stripped my oil drain plug and didn’t tell me anything , just wrote down “rec oil pan” . Manager didn’t want to do anything about the oil pan they damaged , no help at all terrible service .

Really was a most pleasant surprise - service was absolutely outstanding. Quickly performed with a most exceptional value. I do definitely recommend anyone to give them a try -they will be quite happy I believe. I have been using this establishment for now more than 10 years and continue to return. I have only received exceptionally quick and reputable/honest service and will continue to return. Ask for Mario he is Great!

Customer service was horrible . Bought a used tire one day it starting driving it realized it was driving funny. Came back the next day as I pull in staff immediately realized that it was the tired I bought day prior…They offered me to buy a new tire because the other used tires were bad . That was apparently 150. I said since I paid 55 for the bad used tire can I pay the remainder for. The new tire .First staff member said yes..I’m assuming the Manger came out and said no. We can’t do that I cant give you credit you can either buy another tire for 150Again or get another used tire back on here .This doesn’t makes sense. If the first tire is bad & you guys did not have a better one why would I want another bad tire.Manger walks away and says your car will be ready shortly putting another bad used tires on thereVery rude disrespectful manager will not recommend .Staff was trying to be accommodating manager personality is straight trash. Does not know how to talk to customers hope he works on that will not be coming there again

Came in for oil change and was told they could do it in 5 minutes, then a guy comes out and says he isn't going to do it today. I asked why and he said "because I'm the boss". I own a company and have 11 vehicles, so I was excited to find a small company that offered fleet discounts but given the rudeness, lack of service, general GTFO attitude I will go elsewhere.

I have been going to this place for six years for flat tires and tire replacements, and they have always taken care of me with superior service and a price below market value! The gentleman who work here are kind , productive, and great people to work with. I have NEVER had a bad experience in all of my visits. I won’t go anywhere else if I need a flat fixed or if I need a new tire because I am 125% satisfied with this facility.
