**Spanish - Mexico):**My experience with this car rental company was disappointing from the beginning. We made a reservation on December 27 and received a confirmation email. The email indicated that we should call the company to pick us up at the airport. Upon arriving at the Cancun Airport, we tried to call more than 15 times, but they did not answer. Finally, we went to the information desk, and there they called a different number than the one provided in the mail (a number that only locals know). They told us they would send a van to pick us up, but after waiting 30 minutes, nothing happened. When we called again, they informed us that they did not have the car we had reserved and that they would not pick us up at the airport. They assured us that a van would be sent to pick us up, but after waiting for 30 minutes, nothing happened. When we called again, the company informed us that they didn't have the reserved car and wouldn't pick us up from the airport. A completely unacceptable situation.

Don’t choose this one, we paid and after we arrived the staff asked for extra usd 280-500 insurance otherwise usd 3000 deposit, which is never shown in the page we saw. NO. NEVER.

This is the second time we use this company and it deserves 5 starts! Staff is super helpful and kind.Car never gave us a problem and best part NO Hidden fees. What they tell you is what it is.We rent for two weeks the car..Carlos and Ricardo went the extra mile!Thank you for your great service

This is not a real place please beware it may as well be a scam I booked a car they sent me an email canceling the reservation because of car availability but they should have know that before I booked and they spelled my name wrong the place it not where the address is at all it’s totally false please be careful people have a blessed day.

Horrible I reserved a car. Arrived to pick it up and no one in the office. The office looks abandon. Calm and get no answer, not even a voice mail to leave messages
