Really bad experiences here. They don't have a display on store and they order it to match one that I already have but it is not the same one. We were supposed to match another one that I bought before on the very same store. They are not careful and don't take the time to see for real what they are ordering or just Said yes yes we can do it or order it just to make the sell and won't care it is not exactly the very same that we need. This is not correct. Really unfair and if I don't need it anymore because I will have to look for something that matches they just will offer a refund with 25% restocking fee when is it their mistake. So just be careful when buying or thinking it you are reordering something that you bought before they might try to sell you something that is not the same and since it is not there available at the time that you pay how (I, or you) can make sure it is exactly the very same product. Keep it in mind.

I like this place however, the wife is so rude. She displays racism openly. I stopped her to ask her a question she kept walking like she didn’t hear me although it was just her and myself, then I get to the register she just stands there like she’s reading something. I asked her if she could check me out she doesn’t respond. Some males walk up and she instantly starts talking to them. I say excuse me I’ve been standing here! She says I’m with a customer. Mind you I’ve been standing here. A younger guy comes from the back and says I will take care of you, SMH. I CALLED HER OUT & told her she was wrong and rude. She started laughing with the same males in front of her.I didn’t appreciate any apart of this experience. Won’t be back!!!

Went to make a purchase for a grid wall compartment bin. The sticker price was $21.90. Cashier rung up purchase and it showed $22.90. Went back and got the sticker that showed the price of $21.90 and the cashier then told me the price was now $25. She showed me a sign that stated due to increased tariffs, prices have increased. Needless to say we walked out without making a purchase. Prices appear to be arbitrary and made up on the spot.

Please have any taped boxes opened to count product when, and if possible. There have been miscounts of product in the fulfillment department. I'm not sure if it's intentional but another minority was in the store with the same issue. Either important little pieces will be missing, or just items missing. Check your order while it's being loaded.

Buying some extra product for Cinco de Mayo. The lady at the cash register was super helpful in helping us find stuff. We come here every year and will continue to do so.

Worst place to buy anything. I had discussed my custom cases requirement with a guy named Jacob who works there. For a follow up I tried calling, voicemails, emails multiple times but he never returns your call. Seems like they lag in customer service. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

They didn’t have the fryer I needed in store but they were more than helpful with ordering one for me and delivering it !!! Great people, ask for Edgar he speaks Spanish if you need it and worth the drive from NORTH Carolina
