This was probably the worst Hilton I stayed at. The day staff and house keeping staff was really nice, but the night staff was rude and unprofessional.
There were minor upgrades in the room we were in, but none of them worked. A 3 setting bathroom light, and a USB night stand outlet. Not a big deal, but it's just annoying. Also our curtains were ripped. And the shower never fully turned off. Also would turn freezing if the room next to me showered at the same time.
There were multiple sold-out events booked around the weekend of October of 25-27, and the hotel had overbooked instead of checking to make sure rooms were available. The event I attended was the Climax of Night, with hundreds of people attending. Also, because there were so many people, the elevators were breaking down. The staff didn't offer any explanations to the crowds, so we were all left confused as to how to get to our rooms. When some people asked if we could use the stairs, one lady said "theyre locked," and disappeared into a staff roomalternatives like stairs. I asked the lady at the front desk Saturday night about accessing the stairs, and she just said, "The gym is locked, and the elevators are broken." I told her I didn't need the gym, just the stairs, and she said "yeah I heard you and told you they're locked." Then she walked away. She came back later and stared at me while I waited on the one working elevator and said "didn't you need the stairs? You need to come on then." And rolled her eyes as some of us followed her. Later they got a security guard to man the door to the gym/stairs.

Everything was first rate. Hotel was in excellent condition and clean. Breakfasts were wonderful, especially the Danish. The staff was very helpful. I would have liked an ice machine on the 2nd floor. There was a spot for it.

Best place to stay in Atlanta! Kendal at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating!
We stayed here during a trip to NC from Texas to help victims of Helene. Very happy with the price and very happy with the room, the pool, the fitness center! Definitely be back next time I’m in Atlanta ??

First time dining at the restaurant and the server Angelica was exceptional!! The food and drinks she recommended was amazing. My wife enjoyed her dinner and the fireplace kept us warm and romantic.

I highly recommend you not stay here, my truck was broken into in their parking lot with 4 other vehicles. They do not have cameras or security in the parking lot

We have stayed at Hilton properties for years and this happens to be the worst property ever. We stayed here two years ago and it was fairly clean so we decide to come back. The bathroom had mold growing around the tub, the wall had visual water stained, the sink did not drained, the toliet was extremely hard to flush, the carpet was filthy and stained and sticky. The headboard was ripped. My son woke up extremely itchy and we found bites on him. I also had bites behind my neck. I would not be surprise if there are bed bugs. We did not switch room because it was such a short stay and the inconvenience of packing everything and moving room would be such a hassle. But this disgusting and filthy hotel is a disgrace to the Hilton name. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here.
Update: reaching out to Hilton will not do anything to adjust the issue.

Hello,
if you're reading this and you're not someone who can't spend 400 a night for a room then LOOK ELSEWHERE!!
I spent about 1k for 4 nights 1 room. The room was dirty, the ceiling cracked, faucet handles were all over the place, carpets old and ugly, and the room didn't even have a microwave!! Seriously for more than 200 a night it's appalling what this place thinks is acceptable.
LOOK ELSEWHERE and don't give this place a second thought.

Excellent hotel

The hotel itself is quite comfortable and pleasant. However the issue I had was with the breakfast.
For a hotel to have the audacity to charge $18 for what amounts to a continental breakfast with bland, lukewarm coffee is absolutely absurd and insulting!

Let’s start with the positives:
• The front desk and maintenance staff were polite
• The bed was very comfortable
• Plenty of towels were provided, which is often an issue
Basic fails:
• The air conditioner didn’t work
• The fridge didn’t work, no biggie, but the replacement one didn’t either, which was important for dietary restrictions
• Cream colored curtains had literally been stitched multiple times with black thread and were still shredding
• The floor was ridiculously dirty and likely hadn’t been mopped in months (pic attached)
• There’s no coffee maker in the room, so the lobby is your only option
• The “free breakfast, the people in the restaurant ‘bill you for’, which can be removed at the front desk
• We were asked twice by cleaning staff when we were leaving despite having the do not disturb on the door for conference calls, for a noon checkout. Once at 10am and once at 11:45am.
There are lots of hotel options in this area and I expect much more from a Hilton. Slightly outdated is one thing, the rest made it very easily a place I will not return to.
We had a minor accident that required ice and towel for some minor bleeding, then wiping the floor. Attached is the dirt from 2 steps in the door in that wipe up…that is gross, and I have 2 dogs and 3 kids.

The rooms were nice but you can definitely tell it's a but dated and the hallway carpet should really be taken out and new put in. The bathtubs were slippery and being a former business owner of treating bathtubs for non-slip is a thing these hotels should really fix.
