I had been dealing with horrible allergies and rashes. I discovered several things that were likely contributing to my symptoms, one of which was the mold Healthy Air found. All the staff are professional and they took their time to educate me about how to keep my home’s air quality healthy. I can’t say that all my symptoms were contributed to mold and dust, but I’m feeling much better since Healthy Air performed their services.Services: HVAC system maintenance

Healthy Air USA keeps me comfortable! ...in many ways...not just heating and air. My system is very old and honestly, I only trust Ronnie with my system. He's very knowledgable and a master of his craft! He shoots straight, there's no run around, no attempt to upsale...he always honest and he's taken care of my system, diagnosed my issues and set me up for success for almost ten years. I trust no one else!In the office, Jennifer is quick to serve, making your concern her concern and getting service to your home as quickly as possible. I was referred to Healthy Air after discovering mold in the HVAC system at two of our properties that was making me sick. Although the two projects were stressful due to the nature of mold remediation, Stephen was very responsive and encouraging throughout the duration of both projects. The entire staff is very compassionate because they know just how debilitating mold can be and I enjoyed dealing with people that genuinely cared about my health. I’m in love with our crawl space and we just may have the healthiest air quality in the state as well!

I cannot say enough good things about Healthy Air USA. The service rep I work with, Ronnie Martin, is excellent. He has, on several occasions, over the phone, walked me through fixes to my HVAC unit that makes it operational again without having to wait for a service call. He is committed to keeping my unit in good shape, so I don't have to buy a new one. I get very good value and service from my annual service contract. I highly recommend Healthy Air and Ronnie.

After another summer of being miserable in our house, me and the hubby decided it was time to replace our ancient 20 year unit. We called Healthy Air USA after reading reviews. We spoke with Jenifer and she was so kind and had a tech out pretty quickly. They took a look at our current system and give us estimates and advised us what to expect during the instalation process. They were professional, kind and I highly recommend this company.

If your looking to have the purest healthiest air in your home. Then look no further! As a chronic sinusitis sufferer And other coinefections . My air quality is almost as pure as nature's ! But yet on the inside of your home. I cant even put words to describe how clean the air in my home is now! Even my friends and family noticed. When they were visiting! I suggest also adding the UV light and The ionizer as well! We went with those options and the Air quality is unbelievable!Your Air you breathe and water you drink are so important to you & your families health! We scheduled an inspection for mold - as we were able to smell musty odors. Someone came out and did a very thorough inspection and told us where he found some initial mold. He was very helpful. However, he said we would have a report of findings and he would review with us the following week. We never received a report, I texted him many times and heard back twice he was working on it. Then he stopped responding. I spoke to the nice woman in the scheduling area multiple times, but also never heard anything back. It has been almost 3 weeks and the last 3 days of no response (I only get voice mail when calling now). I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this company.
