Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money if you can for your peace and comforts sake. Upon first glance it seemed doable but as we were making our way to the room, we saw a group of men pacing back and forth idly and then we overheard the hotel staff reprimanding children who were unsupervised which seemed odd at first. When we settled into the room, we disinfected everything with spray and wipes, we then noticed that the surfaces were pretty dirty and the bathroom walls and tub were absolutely disgusting. I definitely recommend a tub replacement and if that's not feasible maybe a fresh coat of paint and recaulking the tub would suffice. When we were walking to the room we smelled freshly fried chicken and thought maybe someone had something delivered recently so we didn't think anything of it. Also, we heard children in the hallway, running up and down and then perhaps falling into our door because we heard a loud thud and the walls are pretty thin so it was difficult to get a good night's rest. We ended up waking up at 6:30am due to a lack of sleep and worked our way towards the free breakfast which we were excited for but it was underwhelming also. The second night we saw the same trio of children hanging out right next to our hotel door and we smelled the exact same smell around the same time and came to the conclusion that someone may have been cooking in their hotel room. We also heard children screaming and adults yelling, along with banging noises, of course we are not sure if any of these things are related but we notified the front desk and they did not seem surprised to hear about these disturbances. Overall, we were pretty disappointed with our stay and will not be returning. This is not the place to stay if you are looking for a safe, clean and peaceful place to rest after exploring Atlanta and Norcross.

We had a late wake-up due to our drive time.No one knocked on our door before checkout time, and we appreciate that greatly. We'll check out on time, I promise, lol.But thanks to the staff for not waking us up early. Sleep is precious.Wonderful staff. We appreciate you.

We loved being right next door to Papadeaux. Our room was exceptionally quiet even though it was close to the elevator. Comfortable bed! Nice breakfast offered each morning.Food & drinks: The breakfast was much more than the anticipated cereal and pastry. Wide variety of breakfast foods both hot and cold.

The rooms are good, the customer service is great, & the breakfast spread and coffee are always delicious. Most importantly, it's a very safe, calm, & quiet environment! I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Be aware of this hotel! We found bed bugs! The toilet wasn't flushing, and the room's air conditioning was dysfunctional. The front desk staff overcharged our credit card due to some sort of misunderstanding. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.Rooms: Small window in each room

I had a horrible experience at this hotel I paid for two nights in room 127 but couldn’t sleep in the room because the mold was so strong. It had specs of black mold all over the walls and ceilings. I even bought bleach to kill some of the mold??♀️ Big disappointment and waste of money! Other than that the location was nice…

Love this location.Love employees.Super clean establishment with excellent customer services. Many times we stayed here for personal and business purposes. You can go any part of Atlanta quickly from this hotel.Once we had a alumni get together here and the entire hotel employees helped us to make a successful event. This time we stayed four days and enjoyed the warm welcome from each and every employee’s.Front desk employee Brian was so helpfuland impressed us so much, I Will remember him for a while.I recommend this place over many five star hotels in Atlanta.Mostafa AminThe Woodlands, Texas

Toilet would not stop running and employee advised after 5 hours that no maintenance was available so we had to pack up and change rooms. Breakfast was so so but appeared to run out of items from time to time. Definitely does not live up to the Hilton brand name. Would probably never stay at this hotel for sure and probably go back to using Marriot hotel brands.

Upon arrival i was notified that systems were down and I’d have to fill out paperwork to be manually be checked in. The team here was h ping they’d be up in an “hour or so”. I got into my room (Rm 123) and was greeted with #1 an overwhelming smell of mold and rankles, and a room that was extremely humid while not being hot. Very shortly - iuntil they went to the Front desk, requested a room change. Front desk had maintenance come check the room and he agreed that there was an issue. I was moved next door to room 121. This Room did not have the same smell, but smelled like it had been cleaned to cover it up. I was told that it’s probably because the room was near the pool - and that no other rooms were available until systems were back up. This room too was extremely moist while being moderately cool. All of the cloth surfaces (including my clean clothes) were quickly logged with moisture. The Shower was unacceptable as well. There was no tub, just a small rubber gasket on the floor to keep the water in the shower area with a shower curtain. By the time i finished showering, water was everywhere on the floor and the rubber gasket didn’t come close to doing its job. This basically rendered the restroom useless until i dried the floor…On top of sly of the other issues, there was also no internet or TV, service for most of my stay due to system outages…Being in town for business and having a tight schedule, I did not have time to search for another hotel. I expect that I’ll be traveling to this area with some frequency, but am certain that I’ll find another property to stay at, as this was the most unpleasant of hotel stays that I’ve ever had, with any brand.

Generally nice place. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Stayed there for three full weeks and used the customer laundry and fitness gym. The last one was spacious but not so well equipped. There is also an indoor pool of decent size. There were some problems with the internet service and staff wasn't truly helpful which makes me save a star.

We had a family reunion and used this hotel as our base. We booked over 60 rooms. All the staff were very professional and helpful. Gwynne Jellif, the Director of Sales, made our booking process seemless. She accommodated all our requests. Sky was also exceptional. My team, our members and I enjoyed the very neat and comfortable hotel. The location, off inter I-85, is very convenient.I will definitely recommend and book this hotel in future.Rooms: The rooms are large and neat. The addition of refrigerator amd microwave is a plus for family oriented travelers.Nearby activities: Global Mall and Ashiana Banquet Hall are sitting next to the Hotel. So the hotel will be an idle base for a large group that needs a larger Banquet Hall. That was the attraction for us too.Safety: There are no neighborhoods around the hotel. Safety was not an issue.

Only stayed one night here, so. At any rate. The location is a little troublesome. The entrance driveway is in the exit ramp of a major freeway, so if you exiting the freeway to go here...., you miss the turn into its parking lot. It's a major intersection, so you have to go a quarter mile down to make a u-turn, only to go another mile down to make another u-turn to get back on the side of the hotel. Then, as you get closer to the drive you have to be careful not to collide with merging freeway traffic or risk missing it again ?.The staff was pleasant. The rooms were ok. We had a king size room that smelled a little musty but we managed. Cleanliness was exceptional until we got to the bathroom, where clumps of hair lay in the corners. We called the front desk and they were right on it (not apologetic, though). We were roomed across from the inside pool, and next door to the game room. Unfortunately, we had to call the front desk again at 11:00pm because some unsupervised kids were swimming, running, screaming, and slamming doors a few units down.Continental Breakfast was setup well and the food was pretty good. They also kept it really clean, stocked, and maintained.Over all, would we stay again..... yes!
