Ok, let me start off by saying the staff and Dr. Patel were pretty good as it related to patient interaction, but after that everything else was not just downhill, but under the hill. First and foremost at the time of my visit the Peachtree Corners location was being renovated. At that point I should've just rescheduled my appointment. Paint odor, dust, just NOT a good environment to be seeing a doctor, PERIOD! Again, Patel was ok, good bedside manner and seemed to ask the right questions. My BIGGEST issue was getting my lab results back. So after 1 week I called the office wanting to know if my labs came back, They had to check, which took another day or two. So after a week and a-half, I just drove to the office for my results and was able to finally get a printout. I was informed that they normally contact the patients if anything came back positive, hmmmm! Then I was informed that I had pre-diabetes. I had to research that to figure out what the hell that mint.So at this point I started looking for another doctor under Cigna that could perform another physical, because I was NOT comfortable with the results and the communication. Also when I received my results from the office the printout appeared to be from a typewriter made in the early 70's, NOT GOOD!So last thing, I called one last time to see if I could download my results from their website portal, again, after being on the phone for an hour they could get my access resolved. Actually after typing this I'm going to contact Cigna to see if they can cancel this payment. I'll keep you posted on the outcome.

My favorite place to go! My family has found a wonderful doctor. Dr. Anup Patel, he's so great,he takes his time and listens to all our issues, his staff at this location is wonderful! Miriam is great at responding to emails and any questions. I love going here and our family has found a great family doctor to care for all of us. Thank you, for all you do!

I saw Dr Patel a few months back for a long overdue physical, and I was impressed and how he took the time to read through the paperwork I filled out, and go over my health history, rather than just ask the same questions that were already answered on the forms like Ive had many doctors do. He gave me the necessary referral to address my issues, and was attentive in his follow up of my test results. He is kind, and doesnt make you feel rushed even when you have many questions and concerns

I had a visit with Dr Gabriel Nguena. Wonderful doctor! He was able to diagnosis my pain and give me a referral to the Ortho doctor within the same practice. I highly recommend this office. The staff is very friendly and polite.

Gwinnett Clinic PTC is clean and bright. The staff is friendly and professional and greeted me right away. I liked being able to download the new patient paperwork to have completed before coming to their office. The wait was under 5 minutes. Dr. Patel is professional, friendly, and attentive and delivers a level of care and expertise that seldom exists. Dr. Patel makes you feel more like a relative seated in his chair than simply another patient. He talks to you and explains exactly what you need.

My appointment was @10 I wasn’t seen until 10:40 came in for a physical that I need a document signed for my job they were rude and the office is dirty. The doctor legit told me I need to see a doctor for my lazy eye out of nowhere during my exam. They refused to sign the document that I needed legit for my job that states that I just came in for the physical until they go the results back for my blood which made no sense. They made me call my own insurance to confirm my history when that legit their office manger job. I was there for 2 hours and was seen by the Doctor all of 5 minutes I wouldn’t come back here if I was dien they have horrible customer service and was again the office is old and dirty

We are the patients of Gwinnett Clinic since 2005. Dr. Anup Patel at Peachtree Conner location is the best doctor that I ever experienced before. He is very professional, sincere, honest and enthusiastic. He is recommended for any future recognition.

i have been going to this clinic since high school and i love it. everyone is so nice and caring. Shelby is amazing and always so helpful, especially w/ my crazy questions. she always remind me of my appointments in a timely manner and have even squeezed me in before in cases of emergencies. i wouldn’t recommend anywhere else but them!

A medical appointment that gets you in on time? A friendly and professional staff that care? Dr. Shah and the rest of the clinic staff really beat our expectations and delivered a great experience for us. They happily scheduled referrals and we hope for similar experiences from the rest of the staff at the Gwinnett Clinics.

The doctors and staff here are GREAT and they go out of their way to make sure you have all of your health needs taken care of. Rachel the receptionist is outstanding.
