Brad at the scheduling was very helpful and he answered all of my questions and he gave me a military discount. Sebastian ran a diagnostic scan and showed me the codes. He very quickly changed out my battery, fan and ECU in less than an hour. He was friendly and very proficient. The shop manager Eric was very friendly and again proficient. He had taken my payment and provided me with a receipt and instructions on who to call if I experience and problems. They are professional, friendly, efficient and fast. Went there to get a new LiBCM battery installed in my 2001 honda insight. Sabastian and Raymond were the techs assigned to my project and they did a superb job. Car now runs better than new. Highly recommend Greentec.

2007 Ford Escape Hybrid went dead. Ford Dealer wanted $7K to fix it. Greentec battery replacement was easy and considerably cheaper at $2.5K. Car still needed some additional work at $1K. Still it was half the price of Dealer. Car runs amazing, about like it was when I bought it.

Tech arrived exactly on time, was knowledgeable, polite and fully answered my questions. He completed the battery swap out in slightly over 30 minutes.

Eric brought the new hybrid battery down and installed it. He did a great job and told me to drive it alot at first. The car is doing fine. The batteries do need to come down in
Price. The price was around $2500 dollars, but I paid it.

Well I will begin by saying I had no where to go. After Tesla has totally robbed me of my confidence in their customer care and support, making me truly reconsider ever buying another; I stumbled upon Greentec Hybrid& EV Batteries.
From the jump speaking with the technicians. Raymond, Hunter and Eric, I quickly felt the confidence coming back. This 2013 Tesla model S that I baby was facing the option of being towed off the property. The team at Greentec made me an offer I couldn't refuse. For what it's worth I never believed that this car would run again outside of paying Tesla's insane price for a battery.
These folks got me up and running with a warranty and really a no B.S. process.
You need your electric/hybrid fixed, give then a try. I will be using them for heavy maintenance like this again if needed.

RAY WAS A GREAT TECH. WHO ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS, EVEN ON HOW THE CAR OPERATES BECAUSE AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION I HAD NO CLUE HOW TO OPERATE THE PRIUS. THANKS AGAIN RAY. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE KNOWS HIS JOB WELL & THE PROCESS WAS QUICK, NO WAITING WHAT SO EVER. MY OVERALL VISIT FROM RAY WAS GREAT & I'M NOW A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER OF GREENTEC.
