I will never go to this location again. I came in to purchase an item, Venise didn’t greet me or ask if I needed help. Once people of her color entered she had a big smile and spoke. Then She attempted to assist an Asian couple once she notice they were headed towards the door (they may have felt the same). They told her they were going to another location. I even switched sides to see if she was going to acknowledge me or just watch. I needed help but Nope no assistance. Once I got to the register to purchase my item, Venise then act like I was a long time customer. Poor customer service and everyone should be treated equally.

The 3200 Holcomb Bridge Rd STE 650, Norcross, GA 30092 location apparently DOES NOT PRICE match because is it privately owned even though it can be found on the “corporate” website. A tiny Caucasian male names “Brian” (not his real name, I called the store and he answered the phone “frank”) —he explained this to me and then refused to give me the number to the “owner” since there was no corporate information available. Worst quality assurance ever he also had no knowledge of any thing related to fitness. He also would not honor none of the deals on the website. I suspect prejudice and discrimination

Today Venise checked me out. She is very knowledgeable about the products and very quick to answer any questions I had. She truly made my shopping experience better.

Has the most pleasant experience due to the nice lady named Venice! She was cheery and genuinely made me feel so comfortable. I’m 100% coming back again just for her.

I had to write a review because the little old guy was so nice and helpful i wish i remember what his name was but unfortunately I don't . The place was very clean nice and cold with a lot of options for things to choose from

Most expensive GNC I have ever been to. They charge ridiculous prices on all products. The guy inside was helpful, but the store doesn't honor price matching nor discount coupons. They would make more money if they focused on selling in volume rather than marking $10-$15 above retail prices.

Worst experience. The store attendant literally was a racist. I showed her an email of gnc for buy 1 get 1 50 percent off and she says no we don’t do that here. We wont match anything that’s sent to you via email or gnc. If i could give negative stars i would. Zero knowledge on products as well.

Awful service to be honest the guy didn’t wanted me to use my discount coupon. I was going to purchase kids vitamins when I noticed it was expired!! Unbelievable I noticed other items were expired as well.

Denise is the absolute sweetest and most beautiful soul inside and out! She has so much knowledge and was able to answer all my questions. I will definitely be back, she is amazing! Found all the right products thanks to her.

While this store has always been helpful with advice and finding the right product, they also have a sign on their door "Masks not Required" nor have I seen an employee wearing a mask.How a store promoting "health " products can make such a statement in the face of overwhelming data is beyond me.

I am writing this review in the parking lot as i just got finished with my transaction. The wonderful salewoman Denise helped me with my purchase and she is by far the sweetest and most kind person to have ever helped me at any GNC. I will forever come to this one from now on. Thank you so much! 10/10 do recommend! Give her a promotion!
