I visited this place on 8/8 and purchased two used tires for $60/each, the service was quick everyone was friendly and extremely professional. Unfortunately, I woke up on the morning of 8/9 and my tire was completely flat. I went to sit up my tire. And after my car sitting for hours, it was low again. I called and notified the staff of this issue and they were so gracious on helping find a solution. My tire was replaced the afternoon of 8/9 with no hesitation, they were extremely apologetic for the inconvenience.
I highly recommend this place. Great small owned business with a friendly staff that is honest and genuine. I will definitely be visiting them again.

First and last time going to this place I work 10-hour days at a hospital I went and got a replacement of my tires they put wrong size on them and one of the tires had a nail in them when I was finally able to call them to let them know they said they only have a 3-day warranty it's only been 5 days

Needs to learn how to listen. Pet peeve is when I'm calling for help and try to rush me off the phone because someone is in front of them. I'm a customer too

Their faulty business caused for my daughter to spend more than 200 dollars. She purchased a new tire here to have run into unexpected issues (tire had a horrible patch even thought it was "new"). Just go somewhere else to be safe

Please save yourself the horrible experience. I recently purchased a “new tire” from this location to have run into a major issue. Not that long after getting it my tire light came one while I was driving so, I came to Firestone. After spending all the money I spent, you would figure that for the cost of a supposedly new tire you’d actually get a new tire but no. They gave me a tire with a horrible plug in it that has been leaking air. I had to pay nearly 200 again to get a new tire from Firestone. Go somewhere that will actually help you and won’t try to scam you.
This is the location where I bought the damaged tire. Please reread the message and you will understand. I got my tire from GMZ Used Tires and had my tire light on even after getting an apparently new tire. I ended up having car issues so, I went into Firestone and realized I was sold a damaged tire by your business

WORST TIRE SHOP EVER! Mounted my tire incorrect and wouldn’t take it off to check out again! Horrible customer service stopped me before I even tried to get out car. Would neverbe back wish I could give 0 stars
