I was involved in a hit-and-run accident, and I was pretty frazzled from the experience. The information I needed to get the ball rolling on my auto repairs seemed overwhelming, but Georgia Luxury Automotive was stellar in the service and explanations. Shellee has amazing customer service and was very communicative with me throughout the repair process. I picked up my vehicle today, and it looks great! The guys detailed my car inside and out, along with completing the repairs. The color match done on my rear bumper is phenomenal. I highly recommend GLA for your repair needs!

Great team that got my minor fender bender in and out quickly and professionally! Stayed in the loop monitoring the repair thru text and the online progression tracker and after service was completed they took the time to clean and detail my vehicle back to showroom condition. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to them if they have any collision encounters in the future.

I am very glad I chose this repair shop for my repairs! They made this process 100% stress free! They communicated every step of the process with me & updated me weekly with the progress. I took my car on 6/17 & repairs were completed on 7/3. Everyone was very nice, professional & helpful, answered all my questions! I am very satisfied with my repairs & overall service from GLA! Georgia Automotive was thorough and professional! They do a great job, especially when you need help navigating complicated insurance claims! They were communicative and responsive to all my concerns. Garrett was patient and easy to reach when I had questions. Shellie in the front office helped me get and return my rental car super easy, and was so nice and helpful when I was so stressed from my accident. I hope to never have to go back, but if I do get in another accident, I’ll definitely take my car here again!

My 2017 Mercedes GLE 350 was hit by an item flying down I-85. The repair process was extremely smooth. Shellie and Russell were extremely patient and answered all my questions. I had a lot of them. I will definitely send my friends, family and colleagues to GLA when they are in need of repairs.
