Very professional, tremendous experience. The impact of my 2019 Honda CRV was severe, the entire rear part was damaged and it looked as if nothing had ever happened to it. Thank you very much excellent work. People in the Norcross area I recommend them.

Completed within a timely period and Yeasy communicated every step of the way. Service was excellent. Body work looks fantastic same as new Thank You Hopefully I won’t need them anytime soon but if I do I will gladly return.

In early November I was involved in a car accident, and I was found ‘not at fault’. The other driver had State Farm insurance, and one of their approved partners in my area was GLA.I actually called 3 different approved partners in my area that all had similar Google Review ratings, and GLA was able to get my car in sooner then the others (the week before Thanksgiving, rather then the Monday following Thanksgiving, BTW), and not only that, GLA was open the Friday after Thanksgiving and started work on my car that Friday. They told me because their lot is small, they only take cars they know they can work on immediately. An added benefit is they have an arrangement with Enterprise for them to pick me up when I dropped my car off at GLA, and also, I was able to leave therental at the GLA lot when I picked my car up. Then Enterprise called me the next day to confirm everything was closed out. Super easy.They communicated through the whole process, and even got my car completed almost 1 week sooner than they initially estimated. The work was beautiful. They replaced one of the back doors, repaired some quarter-panel dents, top-notch paint job, and gave me a new tire/wheel. I didn’t have to pay anything because of the claim, the work was great, and it is warrantied (although I forgot the specifics as I type this, but I think the paint job has a lifetime warranty). They even went above and beyond washing the car and cleaning the interior.There was one small issue with the latch for my gas tank door. However, they fixed it super quick, and even offered a loaner car if I needed it for work, just in case the timing didn’t work out for me, but it was fine. They fixed the latch in like 20 minutes after they got the right part delivered overnight. Matt was great for that whole process.Overall, I was incredibly impressed with GLA’s work, process, and staff. Highly recommended!

After reading the great reviews, I decided to take my car to GLA. I was not disappointed! It was very easy to make an appointment. I was frequently provided with details and updates about the status of my car repair. I thought I would have to wait for days to get my car back and to my surprise, my car was repaired within a week. Everyone was professional and courteous and answered my questions. My car was detailed when I picked it up and the repair work was outstanding. Could not tell I was in an accident. I would definitely recommend GLA to friends and family and would use them again.

GLA is a professional team. The front office staff are kind and communicative. I received my car within the proposed deadline. There were no delays!I did not get the pleasure of meeting the technicians that do the repairs, but they’re magical. My car was returned to me, after an accident, in better than expected condition and not just on the outside. I was surprised to find that my car had been dusted, vacuumed and wiped clean!The cherry on top was the cute GLA keychain that was attached to my keys when returned. I will recommend family, friends and strangers to GLA for any and all auto body needs.Services: Painting

Repairs done here from someone rear-ending my Q8. Went through their insurance. They made the process easy, coordinating with the rental car agency to pick me up. They did forget to put my weather mat back in the back but I called, they found it, and I went back a few days later to pick it up.

I have a 2015 Nissan Versa with manual roll up windows and this place tried to charge me almost $7,000 for a door and half bottom frame replacement. I went down the street less than 2 minutes away to paint care collision and was charged only $2000 and they had my car ready in less than a week. Do not come here to use your insurance through progressive . They will over charge and have your car totaled out.

If there was an option for 10 stars I would definitely choose it!! Yesse has superb customer service, from the day I dropped my car off and today, picking it up! Such a warm personality, she explained the process and might I say, was informed each day about the status of my car. I received my car today, as I approached the shop, I saw my car, Cinnamon sitting in the lot shining!!!!! I was sooooo Excited to see her fixed up and looking brand new! This shop is Superb!!
