On September 4, 2023 we purchased a recliner and a sectional sofa. When the furniture was delivered the recliner was the floor model from the Norcross GA showroom where we purchased the furniture. After contacting our sales person Veronica, several phone calls and visits to the store, we are finally exhausted. Tomorrow I’m contacting my credit card company to dispute the transaction. The photos show the chair delivered on the left which is the exact chair that is shown in the showroom on the right.

The staff were professional. I thought I could fit my bed in the trunk but it was a tad bit too long. They strapped it to my roof rack. My package had everything it was suppose to have. Nothing was broken. Built my bed with no issues.

SAVE yourself THE HEADACHE and shop elsewhere!!! BUYER BEWARE! Lies after lies after lies. Not showing up to scheduled appointments. Promised phone calls from management. After the 5th time of taking off work for them to send the wrong crew to my home twice. These people are far beyond customer service worthy. They don't care about the thousands of dollars you spend with them. I'm talking $10k. The manager Jessica is not a manager. If she is she needs to go back through training on how to take care of your paying customers!!! Now my replacement piece has been cancelled because they claim it was scheduled in error and I was told the wrong thing. AGAIN!! Now I'm being told another service tech has to come back out to look at my piece of sectional again after they have already picked it up and "repaired" it for me to have the piece 2 days and have the same exact issue!! The piece is defective. Yet-No phone call-no care about my time and I waited a month to be told that the order was cancelled but I was not notified. I called them 3 days after I was told the piece was going to arrive and was told it had been cancelled. WHAT?!?!?!? So, I've had them to my home and now have to wait for another tech to come to tell me that it's not repairable and deemed in need of replacement. This has literally been going on for over 7 months now. DON'T WALK.......RUN AWAY! These people are crooks. Oh yeah.....buy this extra warranty so we can give you a complete run around and waste your time and cancel the order of replacement you were told you were getting. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Negative stars should be an option.10 STARS

I am NOT happy with my Kennesaw experience! Two of my three pieces came in damaged. The delivery guys confirmed with the warehouse that the pieces can be left and swapped when new pieces are delivered. Now I'm getting a whole other story that it has to be serviced before it can be deemed needing exchanged. Sales Rep says it's to 'protect themselves', I say they should have protected themselves before they loaded the furniture into the delivery truck. Save yourself and shop elsewhere!

Had an amazing experience with Nick & Destiny this evening. I feel confident in my decisions becaue of the patience they had w/ my process & getting me the best deal I could walk out with. Ask for them when you go in! Let’s see how the delivery process goes on Tuesday. Will update later.

It was a quick pick up for a few furniture items. The staff was cordial and swift. Our info was taken and our items brought out and loaded. We did not have to enter the building, the staff assist curbside, practicing social distancing and wearing mask.

About a week ago I moved in my new apt and needed new furniture. My friend took me to this place where I'd never been before and it was amazing. They had beds, sofas, tables, etc. you name it they had it. I met a rep. Named Paige and she assisted me with my entire visit from start to finish. Well I walked out with a bed and coming back for the sofa thanks to Paige and her kind spirit I feel like I've found a place that has definitely earned my business and I would recommend to anyone. Make sure to ask for Paige she is the best

Do NOT ever buy from this furniture mart. I bought a couch in full and the delivery came earlier than expected and was not told and the driver just left and could never come back. I was already frustrated and offered to just pick it up from the warehouse ( more $ that didn't need to be spent ) I went to go pick it up and waited FOUR hours with a uhaul I had to rent just for this. The warehouse workers were so disrespectful, I can't even type all of it on here. They THREW my couch on the floor and said ******* have no patience. I complained & nothing solved, no one has reached out it has been two months and the couch itself is ALREADY looking OLD and falling apart and we BARELY USE IT. Don't even waste your time.

Theeeee cheapest furniture. Not what is showcased. At all! They don't deliver when they say they are and told me they would insure my furniture with cleaning included. Complete lie! I wish I could leave NO STARS to magnify the atrocity this place is.

I was able to purchase a sofa and a bed. The worker was so helpful he walked the entire store with me, and let me say that store is huge. He gave great recommendation, super polite, and a amazing humor. They came and set everything up very professional.

BE AWARE..........If I could give them zero starts I would. I purchased a nice mattress and adjustable base with home delivery ($$$$$). The delivery was scheduled for 1:30pm i received a text while at work that they would deliver at 11am. So I rushed home so that I did not miss the delivery that was early. They set the mattress and base up and rushed to leave. Needless to say the base did not work. Of course GFM is telling me that I cannot return and I have to get the technician of the maker of the bed to come out and fix it. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEPOLE.... this is not good business and I have spent a lot of money on a bed that I now have to play cat and mouse to get the base fixed for something that should have been brand new and works. SMH.... BAD BUSINESS.They do not honor the product that they sell. Not mention a gas card was promoted on television, $100 per $1000 spent and of course that was FRAUD as well.

DO NOT PURCHASE your furniture from them. The sales staff is great but they will deliver your furniture damaged. Then fight with you to replace it. And when they mess up the replacement say it's your fault. KIERA is horrible and for some reason she's the only one available. Never making this mistake again!
