Dr. Parikh is very through, professional, compassionate, and caring. I was referred to him by my doctor. The service has been great! The front desk receptionist does, however, seem to have her hands full (enrolling the in-person patients into the system, answering questions, scheduling, and changing appointments). I personally have been in & out with a little wait time. It's been a wonderful experience each visit thus far for me.

Dr Tina use to have very respectful and caring workers, but now the new workers in the office are very very rude and don't respect at all, especially the lady at the front desk,If you request to talk to Dr Tina she will hang up on you.

They keep deleting my review!
Stay away! Front desk at Dr.Vayner’s office is very unprofessional. I called them to make an appointment and kept getting the same two responses like a broken record from lady “call us back, we are busy” or “hold your horses, just call later”. They need to be retrained on manners and attitude! The pharmacy nurse doesn’t know anything nor wants to get up to help, never received my prescription from her! She sent me on a wild goose chase around office. This place is unbelievable, never coming again. The only two workers who was able to help me is Faina and Valda.

Pathetic, unprofessional services. Please avoid at all cost. Appointment for my senior mother who is 86 years old was at 10.45 am. We reached 20 mts early but even at 1 pm they haven’t attended to her and then said it will take 1 hour more after two more patient. why an appointment when they can’t adhere to? Instead of apologizing that they haven’t done their job properly the owner comes out with an attitude trying to show off and then rudely commands us to book again and come some other day as if we are jobless!

Unreal to schedule an appointment. The operator took all my data but never called me back.

This goes for the entirety of Georgia Clinic, they don't offer any sort of financing options. Not care credit or even a payment plan. Make sure you're aware because insurances never cover 100% and when you get a $1,000 bill they'll just threaten to send you to collections.

Horrible place to make appointments. Staff is rude and tries to hang up the phone as soon as they can. They pick up an put you immediately on hold. While trying to make the appointment, the lady was rushing me and cut me off to pick up another call. Didn’t want to repeat me the address I had to tell her to do it and she did it really fast. GET BETTER AT COSTUMER SERVICE PLEASE

This office really cares about people!!!My daughter and I ran into hard times and she was unemployed and uninsured. Just like life always happens when you hit hard times my daughter got sick and was in discomfort. I spent 4 hours calling med plus and urgent care clinics hoping to find an office that would take us considering all the circumstances, without charging an arm and a leg. Money at the time we don't have. By the grace of God the receptionist at this doctors office met us with compassion and true human empathy. Something that is so rare these days. They got us an emergency appointment. Afiong even wrote down additional info to help us get her insured and help until she can find work. So I justbwanted to give a shout out to this office and especially the receptionist for being an angel in disguise... thank you for being a good human.

The doctors, nurses, and techs that I've seen here have all been nice enough. But the business operations side of this facility is the worst I've ever encountered in healthcare. The people who book appointments are a separate department from the actual doctor's office for whom they're booking. And there's no real communication between the departments. The last straw for me was booking an appointment for two days in advance. They left me a message the next day, insisting that I call back to confirm the appointment I just made. Then they called me the next morning, to confirm that I was coming that afternoon. Then I showed up... and was turned away because there was never a doctor actually scheduled to be there at the appointment time. The next day, that other department called me again to chide me for "missing my appointment".It's hard to find a primary care physician these days, but it's not THAT hard. Look elsewhere.

I arrived at 9:15 it is 12:00 I came in for a recheck for a sprained ankle. My images results were not Complete I asked for my ankle to be revaluated and rewrapped. After waiting 3 hrs I am told my doctor is leaving Dr Karr. The lady at the front desk I signed my name in on clipboard and someone else came in after me. After taking 3 people ahead I get called back only to be told the Dr has no time to see me and rewrap something that could have taken 5 min. I got pushed to the very end was still unable to be seen and not having to go to the emergency room because I am not told that I have to go to cardiology and wait there for no telling how long they're just pushing their patients over onto the cardiology department I got pushed to the the end even though I was there ahead of other patients I just waited patiently I was in a room I already had my shoe off my sock off my wrap off all she had to do was come and look at my foot and just rewrap it it would have made me taken like 5 to 8 minutes but for her not to be able to give her patients who have been waiting for her 5 to 8 minutes it is very poor I would not recommend coming here if you want to be fairly treated as a patient and not like an item he just gets flung to the side I will not recommend this office I I would not bring my dog here I am very disappointed and the treatment that I have received.

My experience with Dr. Parikh and Dr. Ahmed at this location has been phenomenal. I am 21 years old with no prior major health conditions and everything changed very quickly and these two doctors were more than up to the task. I also cannot forget Leslie their nurse practitioner which I have been seen by as well. I was referred to the office from an urgent care immediately and I went the same day for an echocardiogram. Multiple tests and treatments were administered in no time and are currently still going on and the doctors and staff have taken care of me endlessly and answered any questions or concerns I’ve had throughout the entire process. It’s really scary when you’re diagnosed with a heart condition at my age and it means the world that I have such a strong and intelligent set of doctors and staff that work tirelessly to make sure I am taken care of.

This place is a scam and a money grab. They will lie to you about insurance coverage, bill your insurance an obscene amount. Staff at the front desk is rude and unintelligible. I had better experiences previously at the Walmart health centers. Naresh Parikh is a crook.

Had a CT scan with male nurse on 12-7-23 at 11am. Male nurse working this day needs to be retrained on customer service. Was very rude and did not communicate well during entire visit. Customer service at the norcross location suite 104 was not acceptable.
