Andres is absolutely the best guy!! He was on the phone with me for a long time and helped me clean, format, and reboot my system. I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to the Xbox One S. However he knew this system like the back of his hand. He should be rewarded for all of his efforts. He made my new experience to gaming very pleasant. GameStop seems to have come along way in customer service which is pleasant to see. I can't thank him enough!!

This place is a rip off took off half the trade in because of a scuff on a controller and salesman had no personality and it felt like he didn't even wanna work and I was a bother

Drove 20 minutes during operation hours to arrive at a closed gate on the front door. This company must be slowly dying. If that’s the case change your hours on google and don’t screw the group of people still trying to patronize your business ??♂️

store is said to open till 9pm, drove there after work and arrived around 8.35pm and the store is already closed.. i guess the store didn't habe a consistent open and close time

Drove over 20 minutes to this location that states it should be open. But the employee on duty took it upon themselves to close the store for over an hour because I arrived at 2:30 and this is what I seen!! This is a big inconvenience to customers!!

Knowledgeable , but there staff is very misleading when it comes to there warranties and trade ins. Me and my son went 3 times and was told a different story each time. Stay away, Walmart or target is way better of an option for purchasing and policies.

Some staff members are nice and have adequate customer service BUT there is one person who LACKS. My husband had an experience with him and it wasn’t pleasant. I went in to pick up a pre order and just the interaction wasn’t great. No greeting. Barely talked while I was picking up my pre order game like letting me know if he found it or anything. I don’t need a conversation but at least let me know you got it. I thought he couldn’t find info about it. After reading some reviews I see some complaints on who I believe is the same person. I went in Saturday around 1154 am the name on the receipt said Zarritt so I assume it’s that guy.

Went to this location @12:30 to buy a new console they were supposed to open @12 but doors were locked. Guess they don’t need the business went to Walmart instead.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Absolutely horrible customer service. Their employee made a mistake when I purchased some in game points and the manager refused to do anything about it, even when the employee took responsibility for the mistake. Pathetic.

Lucy was very disrespectful she should be fired but she won’t . It was a terrible shopping experience. Customer before felt the same way as he shouted out something’s I won’t say as leaving the store.

Gamestop made online pre-order bonuses have to be picked up in person, but did not provide any to the actual stores.So now I guess I just don't get the bonus I paid for! 0/0 buy on Amazon instead.

Came in on 12/2/22 to pick up a preorder around 10:50 a.m., and the store was closed. Online and in the front of their door, it said they would be open 10 am. Not sure what us going on with this store, but it is going down hill. It's especially frustrating when you have paid for the preorder and have a limited time frame to pick up a game.

Bernard from store 4797 was absolutely amazing. You could tell how knowledgeable he was about every single item in the store. We came in for a PS5 but we signed up for GameStop pro after he told us all the benefits. He was extremely friendly and gave excellent recommendations to make sure my husband had all the items he needed for a great Game Stop experience. Thank you!
