Jim and his partner are great to work with. Very honest and upfront. I was told by a general mechanic they would have to entirely replace my transmission. Jim and his partner were able to fix my car without replacing the entire transmission. Thank you to Jim.

They said it would be three weeks before they could get to it. A research indicated it take four days to rebuild my tranny. After four weeks I stopped by and Jimmy told me it was in mid build and should be ready next weds. I stopped by then and Jimmy told me it was ready to put into the car and maybe it would be ready Fri. I stopped by then and nothing had been done. Jimmy said next tues or weds. I turned it over to my mechanic to call as I was tired of being put off, feeling my car was put aside for faster cash repairs. My mechanic was told maybe Monday. He called Jimmy and was told it was being put in may be wed, then it was pushed back to maybe thurs or Fri. Two weeks of being put off saying its going into the car. Fri and I still do not have my car back.

The owner fredy seems like a nice fella. I had him install a new starter because he thought it needed to be changed. Turns out I had a minor oil leak dripping on my old starter and all it need was a little wipe down on the electrical plug. It did not need a new starter. He kept the new one which cost me $200(warrenty). He never changed the old one. He just cleaned it knowing it works well. Months go by and I find out when I went to change it myself cause I had the same problem. Turns out it was the oil again. But autozone told me that was not the started I had purchased and that the serial number was not in the system. So I came to the conclusion my mechanic left the old one on, gave me an extra he had laying around for the deposit, and kept the new starter I had purchased.
