I must say that this place does get busy around tax season time. But they are great. All staff members are nice and the main man is awesome. He is honest and tries his best to look out for me and my family. I’ll always come back here. Thank you for everything.

I walked in here on final tax day not knowing enough about how to deal with my new homeowner documents. They were the first to answer my many calls everywhere. I was treated extremely well and was carefully advised of the needed documents, and I returned with them to have everything completed quickly! The inside of this building is BEAUTIFUL as well. I will certainly be returning for my next yearly taxes.

Franklin Accounting & Tax is Awesome. The Staff is very friendly.There are her no appointments and you get out quite quickly. I live 74 miles from Franklin accounting and tax and it’s worth going to there.

I've been going to Franklin for the last 4 years and he and his team are awesome.It is always busy there but it's worth of waiting.This past week got there, there was like 7 people in front of me and I waited less than an hour.I was prepared for the longer wait but it was very reasonable.So far, haven't had any issues with the filing of our taxes and I'm expecting to continue to be the case.Always fast, friendly and professional.Also, their office has some awesome interior design details.

Only asked a few question in regard to insurance the guy name Son responded in a very rude and yelled back at us for no reason. We had a business that file with them yearly but I rather spend my money elsewhere! Please train your staff on customer service again.
