Was told to send an email containing my shipping label to their email. Sent it at 6:19 it's now 6:38 and still nothing. Told the lady I sent it it shows sent but I'm not getting a confirmation email. Lady just says let me know whenever you get the email and I'll print it out. Never have I gotten a confirmation email when doing this. Every time I would just email and they would simply pull it up on the computer and print it out. Today it's just waiting on an email that never comes and never has to leave and go somewhere else that'll simply print my label and take my package.

Terrible service. First time visiting this location. My husband and I went in to get a document printed with our 8 year old daughter. The representative decided to take it upon herself to reprimand our child asking her not to touch things.. Wow!! Instead of respectfully asking the parents to get with their daughter. She acted like her parent with a nasty tone and demeanor. . How dare she. If you have an issue with our daughter, you go straight to the parents but not to the child. She’s just a child. How disrespectful to us as parents. We will NEVER use that location again. We will go to our Johns Creek location.

I really hate when I enter any business and am not greeted. There was only one other customer in the store, so an acknowledgement wouldve been nice. I waited for 10 minutes only to be told they dont notarize. Which is conpletely fine! But had the lady at least acknowledged me I couldve asked and went on about my day instead of waiting 10 minutes for nothing.

Don't wait get out that one person your store will get the right reviews ,that one person is a lie ,she's bad for business.

Zero stars if possible. This place has the rudest employee working behind the counter. No acknowledgment while I was at the counter. I was the only customer in the place and still had to wait for assistance longer than necessary . But one day AI will take her position, so no worries.

Mae was the most helpful associate we’ve ever worked with at this location. She was friendly, eager to help, and gave excellent recommendations. Our print/ship process was easy and efficient. I tried to use the QR code option given to leave a review but the site took a long time to load and I got frustrated - so I went here instead.

The woman who “helped” me today was extremely rude and condescending. I won’t be back to this location after my horrible experience. Talked to me as if I was stupid without any reason.

If you're in a hurry, I highly encourage you to use another store. I emailed an order 24 hours ahead of time and was told "it will be ready for pickup tomorrow" to end up visiting the location twice the following day and still leaving with nothing. It was 45 pages of black and white print... On the first visit I was behind 1 customer, and with only one associate in the store, waited for about 10 minutes before telling them I'd try to return later (if I wasn't going to be in a hurry shuffling all over Gwinnett county from 8AM to 6PM all day, I would've just went to the store instead of sending it ahead of time!). The second time I stopped by to pick up the order, the associate pulled up my email, and started to print the file... then told me it would be about 15 minutes. I kid you not. Strike two. I'm out! So after emailing and getting confirmation that they'd be ready for pickup, and wasting gas twice, and 15 or so minutes of standing around in the store, I left with nothing. And I'm still in a hurry...

Honestly i've never had a problem with FedEx its so disappointing to have payed for extra shipping & confirm that my package would a arrive a certain day and never arrive, if thats the case i wouldn't be paying for the extra shipping & not get my packages on time.

We walked in around 10:30am today 11/3/22 and the representative Lori was so nice! She allowed us to print two samples of my daughter’s obituary to decide which one we want. Considering this difficult time I appreciate everyone’s kindness. To have someone go above and beyond and take pride In their work is wonderful. Great job and keep up the wonderful customer service!
