Facility somehow lost a $300 package. The status of the package showed up as out for delivery for Several days, leaving me unable to call and ask for the status ( the automated answering machine was stuck in a loop of telling me the package was out for delivery ). Had the idea to ask the automated machine to file a missing package complaint. After that I was able to talk to a human. They still haven't found the package ( been 5 days). I'm not sure how you lose a package in this way and to that point this is the Second time I've had to have the facility hunt down a package. This is the worst experience I've ever had receiving anything.

Worst customers service! They don’t deliver and they say they attempted to deliver. Biggest scam in america. They have wasted 20 days of my month first waiting for the shipment to come and then them to deliver. Takes them 3 days to hold a shipment at a location and they are always telling you different storys they aren’t sure about your package either. Use other shipping services

They claimed they attempted delivery but I was home and then the update said delivery would be attempted the next business day which was yesterday and it wasn’t!! When I finally talked to someone I was told the package wasn’t even on a truck for delivery today it is sitting at the warehouse!!!! This is the absolute worst company! I don’t drive and have no way to go and get my package!!!

This is the worst experience ever. It’s said the package was delivered, but when I visit this place 3 times for last 3 days, they said it was still in the truck.
The reason I chose Fedex pickup was it was faster delivery than shipping to my house, but I still didn’t get it.
Even if you visit this place, you cannot get help in person, but instead, you should call them. The problem is no one is taking the phone.
Basically, I lost my almost $400 value package, and didn’t get any help.

I have on my profile that all packages should be delivered to the front door, yet, all packages have continued to be delivered to my garage. Today I stood out waiting for the FedEx driver, I explained to him that my packages should be delivered to the front door per my instructions on my profile and he told me “It doesn’t matter” he said he’s not doing it and this is where all packages get delivered, this is how they do things. He even asked me if I would help him if he took it to the front door, horrible customer service.

This is the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. They delivered my package to the wrong address AFTER confirming the correct address with me days prior. I had to open a case after the delivery drivers chose not to deliver my package despite having received it at their warehouse 3 days earlier. Customer service agents were dismissive, and disrespectful. They don’t even deserve one star. I’m appalled!

Pathetic excuse for a company. You can lose a package lie to a customer for over a week saying it's on a delivery truck, I waste my time and gas to pick up my package just for it not to be there. THEN you won't reimbursement me I have to wait two more weeks for my shipper to resolve my situation meanwhile losing money not being able to work. Your customer service is nice that's the only star you get, everyone else at your business is incompetent.

I would give this a zero if I could. I have gotten 4 packages shipped from here. 3 of them got lost/stolen (2 of which were for the same package) in the facility. The one package that actually came through was chucked at our door by the driver and it cracked. The only packages that actually receive in acceptable condition are the ones that come from other facilities. They are not even good at customer service. Every bad thing that could happen with this location seems to happen. It's the worst!

This place is a joke. I have waited for 2 months for my package and I can’t talk to anyone and it’s not okay. I would never use fed ex again. And every person I talk to I will beg them to never use them. UPS have never had a problem but I can’t ever talk to fed ex. Worst company ever

I wish they would place GPS in these cars. this is my 4th lost package with no help. the driver decided because he could not find my 3900square foot town home that he would take the liberty to change my address and delivery it to the wrong address and take a photo of package wit a new address and label as proof of delivery I have spent 5days on the phone with absolutely no help. FED ex is The worse. I am going to make time to pull up on them .

This is worst and most laziest facility ever. How do you lose my package when it was last scanned in this facility?? Either you guys are too lazy to find it or someone stole it. I paid so much money for my package and now I can’t get a replacement. First and last time ever using this facility. Nothing but lazy people.
