I don't understand why all negative reviews about the FedEx DELIVERY drivers when you are reviewing FedEx SHIP Center. Whatever.
Here is my yesterday experience.
I just have to give a huge shoutout to Robert Mike Todd and Franz Douyon at this FedEx location. I came with nearly impossible task, a favor to ask. If they would play by the book, they would just send me home. It took them a second to understand the problem and a "bit" more time to resolve it. I was in this center for more than half an hour and watched how they worked with other clients, it was a great job (and at the same time they tried to help me). They're the real deal - genuinely kind, super helpful, and total pros. No fuss, no pretenses, just good old-fashioned great service.
These two are the kind of people who make you feel like you're the only customer in the world. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to lend a hand. And the best part? They're 100% sincere - no fake smiles or forced niceties here!
I think that Franz Douyon and Robert Mike Todd are the kind of folks who make FedEx shine. If you've had the pleasure of dealing with them, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Let's give it up for these two rockstars! Oh, well, they rockstars in my book. Guys, thanks again, for that extra 100 miles you made for some guy, who just walked into the center for the first time ever.

I’d give zero stars if I could. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered with signature required. Have video footage from HOA of the driver pulling up doing a u turn and driving off and saying no one was there to sign for it. Since then my package has completely disappeared. It seems like every time I order parts for a performance vehicle and they go to this place they’re not gonna be delivered. I have had multiple race parts, tires, and wheels go missing from this place and they refuse to investigate.

Avoid using Fed Ex in this area at all cost. The drivers are horrible, constantly marking packages as undeliverable without ever making an attempt. When you call corporate they try to set up a reattempt, but nothing ever happens and the people that are local that reach out are rude and refuse to help at all, just make up excuses and hang up.

The older black Caribbean man at the front was unable to inform me of the new system instead insisted that I was confused and provided terrible customer service. Thankfully I was able to go to another location with experienced staff and receive the assistance I needed.

Terrible service never on time always delays. But this time they took the damn cake. I work night shifts I got home at 6am and didn’t go to sleep because my package needed a signature. The delivery driver didn’t try to knock or ring the doorbell and just gave up on the delivery so I stayed awake all night for no reason and in 2 hours I have to be a work. I called customer service then were okay. they could not help me so I was transferred to manager said they’ll try to make the person come back and drop it off or I can pick it up it’s 35 mins from my house so I told then I didn’t pay for two day shipping so I can pick up the package they failed to deliver to me. So yeah if you got the option to choose a different mail service I highly recommend you choose anywhere else. I’m surprise they still have business

This is just unacceptable. I've been waiting on my package for 3 days because it requires a signature and none of those days has a driver came to my door to deliver the package and they have the nerve to say that they've tried to deliver it when in reality they're the ones who have never showed up. I need the contents of this package for work and have been unable to do so because of this company and their irresponsible drivers who aren't being held accountable for these packages. Their customer service has been completely useless too, and most of the time, I can't get to speak with someone who can even speak clearly. Never again.

Disclaimer: This is based on my average of two visits to this place. I had to fight myself to not give it a 1-star rating because of a black gentleman who works in this location and who showed a rare trait of being helpful and compassionate.Here goes the detailed review:Reached this place around seven in the evening and was held at two desks with really slow gentlemen. We still held our patience and finally reached the desk where we were informed that we had to fill out an additional customs form because this shipment was being sent overseas (all good so far). We consulted our colleague who had sent such shipments multiple times and she informed us that this is usually done by the FedEx agents and then can help you but the gentleman at counter 2 would not deter at all and forced us to fill out the form. We had to forfeit the line and fill it out and then get back in line (By this time it was 7.30 and the place closes at 8.15 pm)After we filled out the form, we went to counter 3 since counter two was busy and handed him the form. This person placed the form facing down and did not even look at the form and he said he would take care of everything. We re-confirmed and he confirmed that he does not need this form and he can fill it out on the internal website. (Stared at counter 2 rep and continued). We were very grateful to him but I guess it was too early to judge.He asked why we did not print the label at home and we mentioned we were in a hurry. At this point he gave us totally unnecessary information - "you know you would be charged 20% extra since you are wasting my time to fill out this form and print out the label". - These exact words. We were dumbstruck but were getting late so continued there somehow. Next, he could not upload the information. I gently asked if he could retry. He replied - "Hello, I have already tried 18 times and now it's 20. Try counter 1."With the clock at 7.50, we went to counter 1 where we were greeted with a smile. No requirement for the customs form as he helped to fill in the details and we were done in 10 min. He was so helpful and cheerful throughout the process. I wish I knew his name and would definitely write it here. The black gentleman is the only reason I am giving this horrible place with morose service a two-star and not a 1-star review.I hope I never have to go there again!

This facility has a huge problem with package theft. If it gets stuck here, I suggest assuming its been stolen. Fedex wont help you.
