They make me feel like an object. They all make fun of me, including the manager and assistant manager. I'm sick. It's awful how people treat me when in person I have to make the effort and go ask them for help with problems in the apartment where I live with my son. sick and my husband. I have openings everywhere The bathroom drawer is all fallen broken, they are waiting for it to fall completely before they can do something The floor is peeling off everywhere I don't have a carpet from that year The maintenance manager says he can't do anything because the manager doesn't approve Before Every RENEW they promise me a floor folder just like this June 2024, before signing, the manager told me in person that in a week I would be fixed, it was a lie. On 6/26/24, the manager's assistant told me in person, put the date when you want that they put the folder on you it was a Wednesday I think and I told him on Monday 7/1/24 to have enough time to move things ice waste of anger that was a lie he came back in person and told me no I'm not the one who makes the decisions OMG ? On 7/8/24 they forced me to go and sign a paper where I said I was signing to have the floor and carpet put in. Not right now ? they have helped me here you see people being nice when entering and renting But I don't hear people being nice afterwards From already living here they treat you badly and at least in my contracts there are many errors and overcharges that are not in my contract. At one time they charged me $16.00 a month for credit builder, I said that's what it is. I have never owed them even a month. But they never give a refund of the most charged. The last thing is that it is difficult to be able to contact a manager, they intercept you later and don't let you talk. I waited for her outside with a manager and she told me you don't have to go through them, you go in directly, that's how I went and they intercepted me if I was there, they didn't let me talk to her and they made me feel like a rag a mile away and I almost ran from there. I left my number and the manager never contacted me. It was on 7/29/24 that was due to a hit and run on my truck and I wanted to ask if she could help me with the cameras. Ami, I have had to see how they humiliate people. If a man He felt great because there they treat him and he feels like a cockroach bill and not everyone is charged equally. I ask the owner to do an investigation into this. Even if people are sick, they have no consideration and you still don't go out when you hear that They are making fun of you. They make you feel bad (DEPRESSIVE) with these workers Here I am waiting to talk to the manager about the matter I don't know if he can help me since the receptionist says that he only answers my message ??

My husband and I are new residents of these apartments. I was assisted by Mrs. Vaneza, who I went to tell her about something that had something going on in my apartment and she treated me in such a rude way. That lady does not have the slightest sense of what it means to do her job. I felt ashamed for how I treated myself in front of several people who were in the office. I don't deserve to be in that job or at least I shouldn't treat people better and change my attitude.

It was very ugly and abusive experience. Let's start from beginning, last year they changed my AC unit because old one stop working but the new AC unit was defective, it was running non stop and not shut by controller, so I submit work order but no one show up for while and when technician show up, he told me that we need over 75° temperature to fix it and summer is almost gone so it's not possible. I accept it. When this summer starts I again submit work order for the problem. Then I went to leasing office and told them that look because of this problem I'm paying double electricity bills and it is important that's why I'm here physically, the clerk make a not and told me that I will notify them I say thanks and left, but no one came to fix it. It is a hot summer now and I use to switch off the unit manually to save some on power bills. One day its stop working completely again, and I submit the work order and wait for three or four days then I call leasing office for one hour and ten times but no one picks up the phone, I went to leasing office to get some information. I sit on sofa and wait for my number. Then I told the clerk that I want to see the Manger, she replied that she is in a meeting, so I wait but I saw in big glass window that she was alone and there was no meeting, there I feel insult and disrespect, so I entered in her office and asked that why you guys didn't pick up the phone? She replied it was a lunch break, I asked it's 5pm and your sign say that lunch break is 1pm to 2pm? She reply no I was on lunch break, I told her that you are also staff member and rules apply on you too. After that, not being hypocrite I got louder so she ask me to leave and I left her office. Just outside the office door there was another clerk call me "f" you although I wasn't engage with her, and same time another guy physically abused me and when I ask him why you push me or even touch me, he replied I can and entered to manager office. So I also went behind him, meanwhile there another employee behind the door and I was not aware of that. So they called police. I wait for while and then left to home and they charge me with battery charges. I will legally fight those charges and else. I receive the evacuation notice and i gonna do that. I live 8 years in this society and feels like home but now I got to leave without respect. If you visit their office in late hours you will see less workers, some of them already gone and the rest cover that.

DO NOT MOVE TO ELLIOT, I SWEAR THIS IS THE WORST DREAM YOULL HAVE, THERES RATS EVERYWHERE, THE DUMBSTER BE OVERFILLED , AND IT BE SMELLING LIKE DEAD RACCONS, THE RENT IS WAY TO MUCH, AND THE SECURITY DOESNT EVEN DOES IT JOB, ONLY THING HE DOES IT ROB THE HISPANIC PEOPLE,, BY ASKING THEM FOR MONEY SO THEY CAN SELL THEIR “STREET FOOD”, EVERYTHING IS JUST A MESS, THIS AINT NO “LUXURIOUS” APARTMENTS , THEY RARELY FIX THE STREETS INSIDE,, *DO NOT MOVE TO 13355 GRAVES RD*

Noooo rent here!!!! They don't deliver the apartments in good condition and they just drag you out and don't resolve anything. They talk nice to you in the office but the reality is different, we have been here for 15 days since they handed over the apartment to us and they have not been able to come and finish repairing what is missing. Old things. We can't even go out to the porch because the glass door doesn't work, the stove is old and rusty, the air doesn't cool as it should and they only give excuses.
