She had compassion for my situation and made sure I was able to walk out the door with everything I needed. I enjoyed my time working with her and Hannah… Shamaiah is a stellar employee who is very knowledgeable about all processes and is incredibly professional as well as nice. I could write a book about this wonderful experience I had but I will stop here. I hope everyone comes to that location and experiences how nice and easy Shamaiah made the whole process of switching two lines over to MetroPCS. She is an Angel!!!”

“went into the store with no idea on what i wanted and left with everything i didn’t even know i needed! the moment i walked in the store i was complemented immediately by the sales associate Aisha. she is such a sweetheart. if you’re reading this, you were such a big help!!! she gave me the best deals on plans to get since i was switching over from sprint, and so far the entire plan i have has been AMAZING and convenient . she also gave me so much information on an old device that i brought in that i was giving to my sister & even referenced places where i could get that device fixed!! i have literally NEVER met a sales associate as intelligent, genuine and helpful as her.i will be referring my entire family to this specific location because of her.”
