Leaving 1 star is too many, but that is the lowest star you can put. It would be nice if I could put negative stars. This company has the worst customer service you can imagine. The forklift driver playin is not respect for drivers inside the truck for three hours.

Your drivers need to improve their operation of motor vehicles. Truck 21 was driving under the speed limit at a rate to where traffic was held up immensely. Also, it's amazing how they can stop on a dime without any indication.

Do not buy doors from this company. They installed 3 different doors and 1 new frame in my new house and doors were bowed. Ok we still have the same problem and they say the wall is out of plumb well had two different contractors to check this wall is plumb. Said they couldn’t refund money so I guess we will seek legal counsel! Would have give them no stars but that’s no option

The regional manager Lisa is absolutely amazing. I'd leave 10 stars if I could. You don't find customer service like this anymore, ever, anywhere. Hands down the best experience we had during our home building process.

Same experience terrible design, execution, and customer response,Supplier was essentially complicit with the wholesaler, absolute rubbish we threw it in the garbage..

whom ever is responsible for running this place has a contract with with the correctional facility so a vast majority of the workers are x cons in transitional living because they underpay workers. Hence the environment working their is disrespectful, unorganized, they care not to know your name. Its pretty much a prison away from prison.

Worst customer service on the planet. 1 hour to pick up 3 small items only to be told part of the order was back ordered. Waste of time. Will not be purchasing from here anymore.

I have been using Dyke Doors on and off for 20 years (more off). This company does not care about anything but moving their product out. They have no control on quality and if they are contacted about it they completely blame it on installation when the mathematics of the door assembly proves otherwise. I am repairing my door and back billing the supplier, they can get their money from Dyke. Plenty of other door manufacturers, try some of them.
