It was 7 pm and the doors were locked. If you are going to close early then at least put a sign on the door indicating the reason you're closed.

Needed allergy medicine, arrived at 8:45pm, 15 minutes before closing and the door was already locked. I guess I will have to pay triple the cost at Publix? At least they will be open.

I had a really bad experience at this location. 1. As I walk through the door the cashier wasn't welcoming no hello or how you are doing today. 2. The cashier check me out and throws away my receipt. Didn't notice until I got to the car so I politely go back in and ask him for the receipt. It was instant attitude from the manager name,Steven (the manager). I was telling him to calm down all I want is the receipt. He was saying that he couldn't help me, and he couldn't go back and print any receipts(this is all being said with so much attitude). He didn't even put the enough in to fix the situation, he just say NO I can't help you . And as I'm asking him for corporate number he refused and told me to google it. 3. As I'm telling him how bad his attitude is, he proceeded to cuss at me and word profanity. I'm a business owner and I would not have anyone of those people representing my business with that attitude. Especially the guy Steven(the manager),he was suppose to be a leader and lead by example. He was terrible, his attitude I couldn't believe it. I will not be back there! This problem starts from the leadership. This store has poor customer service.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Carmen the cashier is a horrible horrible person. She tells you to pay with card and don't carry cash. She even told another customer and me to go to another store if we didn't like it. We were inquiring about coupons and was very rude and told us she wasn't taking any coupons. The other customers left and she was yelling like we were stupid.

Has to be the worst dollar general in America. Steven was disrespectful rolling his eyes while trying to explain to him the reason I was trying to switch out a product that was never used and already had his mind made up before I started talking.., I’ll take my hard earned cash to Target… never going back here!!! Place is a joke. Left the product and receipt on the counter and told him to keep it!!!!

Absolutely horrible! I went in to shop for some Christmas items (some stockings and stuffers) and the manager, Carmen, SCREAMED at me because I had purchased 4 penny items the day before. My second time in the store and I was verbally assaulted and shamed. I had plans to purchase the cute paw patrol stockings for my kids but I instead wound up calling corporate for her absolutely disgraceful service.

Very rude staff. They look at you like you're d*** . I feel uncomfortable every time bre checks me out. She seems like she has a personal issue with the snooty stares, glares and eye rolling. I haven't seen the manager here in long time. Thank God. She's seems very rude and talks about you in plane sight in Spanish as if you don't notice. I'm not sure where all the prejudice attitude comes from but I hope they hire better managers and staff.

I think customer service could be a little better. I feel uncomfortable and judged every time I shop here. I get bad vibes from brebre what ever her name is. She seems very unprofessional and gives me very rude stares , rolling eyes and sarcastic remarks when ever I come in to purchase items. Her attitude seems very personal toward a customer .

I went to this store yesterday to get some medicine and most of all the stuff that was out of date. I took it took it to them and told them. They all looked at me like i was crazy and the hispanic lady caught an attitude because i told them. I wont be shopping at this store anymore!!
