Do you always close an hour before closing time?? Seems like a big issue here. Disappointing!

It was 7 pm and the doors were locked. If you are going to close early then at least put a sign on the door indicating the reason you're closed.

It's 8:35 pm and they're closed, according to the sign on the door they close at 9.
