The crew from here have been amazing! Janine, Zack and the crew that loads the flooring were incredibly helpful. My husband and I installed the flooring (LVP) and it was very easy, fit like a puzzle. I went to several floor outlet stores and this was the lowest prices that I found. The floor that I installed is incredible!! It’s in a pediatric clinic, paint gets spilled and it comes right off, I’ve dragged furniture across the floor and no scratches, I’ve spilled water and it’s just fine. I love this floor. It’s 20mm, waterproof. Amazing!

It has been a 2 year nightmare dealing with this company. Zac ignores calls and has employees to say that he is not there. We purchased ALL the products from his company as well as paid him for installation. He does not stand behind his product, installers, and is dishonest and rude. STAY AWAY! I wish there was a 0 rating. 1 star is too generous.

I bought Discount Flooring name brand vynal flooring last you and spent over $2,500 on the flooring. The sells lady and the box states the flooring have a 25 year warranty. I noticed my flooring was coming apart and chipped several places. I called, text the employee multiple of times to speak with Zack. The employees told me they told Zack I called but he never called me back. I finally spoke with Zack. Zack was very rude and blame me and my friend that restore houses we install the flooring wrong. Zack kept Interrupting me while I was talking and refused his warranty on his floor. Zack then hung up on me while I was speaking.

Never received call or estimate even after I went to the store to pick out flooring and then Followed up. If you want to stay in business, you need to actually follow up with customers!!

My Grandmother and I went to Discount Flooring after she received a flyer in the mail. The store is very disorganized and cluttered, almost claustrophobic. We were shown the flooring she was inquiring about and given samples. We were rushed through the process with no real help and treated more like an inconvenience then customers.She was asked to fill out a customer form with her information and someone would call within the next day or 2 to set up an appointment for pricing and measurement. I provided my email as well in case it was easier to reach out that way.No call.She called the store directly and was told her information was misplaced but again someone took her name and number and she was told she would receive a call back.NO Call.My grandmother called the owner, per the business card she picked up and he apologized and came out personally to measure the next day. He promised someone would call and provide an estimate.NO CALL.We’ve already found another company that we will be working with. The only positive note is they have an amazing dog they let run loose in the store. Very friendly and at least paid some true attention to us. That is the only thing this place has going for them.

This store has many variety of options for your flooring, the prices are extremely reasonable and the staff are very caring. You can walk in and the store has few customers or it is filled with people, the staff treats you warmly, friendly and politely. They spend time as much as you want about the options available to you and answer your various questions about your flooring requirements. They treat you like a family and not a customer. Extremely great experience with everyone, from the receptionist Mimi, to floor specialist Janie to the owner Zack every one is helpful. You walk out with the product you are happy with and a price you are delighted with.

We purchased light wood LVP and the material that was delivered was dark wood. The error happened while noting down the sample number by the clerk- We panicked after seeing the material and went back to return- The staff was very helpful and acknowledged the mistake and sent us the correct material to our home. Thanks to Jennie, Alex and Team- our anxiety of getting wrong material was handled with courtesy and corrected without any hassles
