Max owns the company and has been in business for well over 30 years.. He is one of the most reputable vendors I use for all kinds of rugs including high end Persian rugs. He will pick up and deliver back at an extremely reasonable rate, give him a call when you need your rugs cleaned and want it done right, quick and at a reasonable price, better than anyone else I've used.

We have had great experiences with Dior. When we had trouble coordinating a pick up time for our rug, the owner personally dropped it off at our house. The prices are reasonable and they do a great job with cleaning and restoring. We have had our rug cleaned and my parents’ as well over the past two years.

Dior Llc was such a huge help over the holidays. We needed multiple rugs repaired and cleaned and it was literally max to the rescue! He came by picked everything up and got them all back to us quickly before the holidays. We had rugs that were so damaged I thought we had to throw a couple out but he is a true artisan. He took care of us and was so fair on pricing. We told him what we could budget for and he worked with us. If you have a rug that needs fixing or a good wash to make it new again, look no further Max is your guy! Thanks Max!

Max and his team cleaned our rugs and did a great job. He is a thorough professional and gentleman. He spends time with the customer answering questions patiently and sharing his knowledge about relevant topics such as the rug making process, how to take care of oriental rugs, common problems and their solutions etc.I found Max to be honest and trustworthy; and the price we paid was below what other reputable businesses were charging. Will hire him again!

Amazing job bringing my rugs back to life. I thought they were destined to the trash bin, I had little hope in the outcome. But Max and his crew came and picked up the carpets. Said they would be like new, and WOW they performed a miracle. Max recommended a tinting after washing and was I ok you are the pro, let’s do it. Highly recommend for their services, and he will treat them as his own.

This was my first experience with Dior Oriental Rug LLC. It won't be my last! Max was so easy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. With 40+ years experience, Max and his team work their best to satisfy the customer.I took Max my Sumak wool rug for repair. The fringe was coming off and I wanted the fringe removed and the ends bound like the long sides of the rug. Max explained the best way to bind the rug and gave me a great price! He was able to match the color of the wool exactly as the long side binding. The rug was finished on time too. It looks wonderful and I can enjoy my beautiful rug for many years to come.I recommend Dior Oriental Rug Cleaning, LLC for a quality experience and job well done!
