Diamond Contracting did an installation for an additional gutter downspout on a very high gutter (20' - 25' w/ basement, main, upper story) . The installer came fully prepared (properly color matched downspout materials and all necessary work equipment) and did an excellent job. We've had several rains since the installation and the downspout has worked as we expected without any leaks. I would highly recommend this company.

Diamond Contracting had recently installed gutter guards and gutters in my home. These defective products and poor installation is causing major damage to my home. I have tried to reach out to them. They are unresponsive and ignore your calls until you post a review. Terrible way to do business. Don't do business with them if you don't want a headache.

They are unresponsive, not professional, won't return your calls until you post an honest review. Terrible experience to say the least. It's now became a headache.

I made several attempts to reach out to Gustavo mares. I noticed now that they are trying to have the review removed. They warrantied the work but never showed up to fix something that went wrong. I had to have my handyman make the repairs. My name is Colleen Benjamin and I am very much a customer of yours.

Work was good. Billing practices not so much. I paid for the job yet continue to get invoices going on now 7 months after completion and payment. I've spoken with Eddie about this and have been assured the invoices would stop but that is not the case which is why I'm posting this review. They've ruined my satisfaction with the work by continuing to bill me for what I've paid for.

They continue to bill me for a job that was paid for over 6 months ago. The invoices just keep coming after many attempts to get them stopped.
